Pathetically slow if you get any reasonable response. DO NOT USE THEM they are penny pinchers and will take your money. They treat you like you DONT pay their bills. You will be ignored at best...0 Furlough payed as of 9th July.... ongoing.

Been trying to get Penguin Pay to speak to me or email me now for ages. Cannot get through, calls not returned and told I've been emailed when I have not. Absolutely shocking Waste of time. DO NOT USE!

I was able to get my medication, and i hope I can continue receiving assistance. Thank you.

I felt as though everyone was quite knowledgeable and were very helpful. The problem was on my end and they were very patient as I had to go back several times to finally alleviate the problem.

Jim was absolutely fantastic. He had to stay on the phone for almost an hour because CVS didn’t want to accept the virtual card. He stayed and troubleshooted until that receipt printed. The level of customer service is exceptional.
