AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! - They don't even deserve 1 star. Booked a 20 seater return coach to Glastonbury in March, we paid £550 deposit for the booking to which we received a confirmation email saying the booking had been secured. On the day we were meant to be getting picked up we called just to check the driver knew where he was collecting us - the company put us on hold for 20 minutes, then put the phone down. We called back multiple times, constantly getting put on hold with no response. Finally someone come back and said the coach we had booked for you is actually broken and in the garage. Now bare in mind this is 4 hours before we were meant to leave. We had received no phone call from them informing us of the situation, had we not called ourselves we would never have known. Cut a long story short, they basically said we have no other coach to replace it, so the booking will have to be cancelled. 2 weeks on we're still trying to get a refund, we call and e-mail every day - constantly met with various lies from the whole crew as to why they can't refund us just yet.I personally don't believe the booking was ever placed, the positive reviews on this page are 100% fake, and these people are con artists.

Absolutely shocking let us down for my sons prom!! Booked ages in advance paid upfront!! Ignored phone calls when finally got through 40 mins after they were due to arrive was told they would call around and try and find a limo give them 40 mins!! So they took our money and hadn't even booked us a limo! No apology happy to take money without having a limo!! All other reviews are from family members and fake!! Trade under multiple names reported to watch dog!! Do not use!!

Me and my sister booked in a coach with Rhys. He provided brilliant service, the coach was exceptional and arrived on time. Booking was easy and efficient and the trip couldn't of gone better than it did. So I'd like to give Rhys a massive thank you for everything he did for us and will definitely recommend your services!

Rhys was a great help with the booking process. I had many questions and concerns, of which he was more than willing to assist. We don’t actually use the service for another few months, but the service I received with the booking process and getting my questions answered gives me and my group great confidence in our choice. There will be more reviews to come after our trip to the UK and the use of their service.

I would like to say my big thanks to Rhys Norville for his help and patience with me ( Bola), I am really happy with how he did spoken to me, also gives good opportunity of paying deposit as well. Even, I haven't had the services yet, I think he's doing Great job. And I will definitely recommend your company coach hire to anyone.

Great service. I was able to quickly receive a quote for a booking using their chat service and then was given an adequate amount of time to consider the quote and eventually hire the service.
