Never use these my nephew had trip booked to Disney world Paris this year with covid said all cancelled but refused to refund him are vouchers said Disney land are not refunding either he rang them they said yes they are refunding people but this company are still refusing to refund him .we did Martin Lewis show and he said they should refund are vouchers but don’t have to accept vouchers u can get cash back we are now involving trading standerds .we sent this company serval emails they just emailed back said no u will not get refund and that was the email no other conversations absolute disgrace and we will be taking it all the way every paper ,Facebook, trading standerds ect u will refund him

I have had a very bad experience with…
I have had a very bad experience with this company. Do not use them. I went to purchase tickets, the booking was unsuccessful but they took the money anyway.I was stuck on the other side of the world with my credit card maxed out due to them taking close to 2000 euro.
They straight away sent an email saying they would refund me nearly three weeks ago. I since have emailed, left messages on facebook, twitter, called their company(several times at a cost of €40) and I left messages on their website. I understand there is a lot going on with coronavirus, but not replying to the above in 3 weeks is unforgivable.
So they have made me nervous for nearly 3 weeks, not sure if a fraudulent company or not because they have made me feel I have been a victim of fraud
