Amazing!!
The company and the workers are absolutley MAGNIFICENT. I had the small backpack a while ago which broke. Without questions they sent out three of there bags with no further cost. It was fast,simple and there customer service was amazing! Absolutley love this brand!! X

I have been emailing for over 2 weeks…
I have been emailing for over 2 weeks now.
As soon as I ordered I realised a typo in my confirmation email.
I emailed them to fix this , no reply.
I emailed when the product hadn’t turned up, no reply.
Emailed again, they said internet issues, then nothing.
Still no further communication, no product, can’t find a phone number to call.
I’m really disappointed I just want the product I paid for or a refund or some kind of communication. I’ve been very clear in my emails about the error I originally made so I don’t understand why I’m just being ignored ? It’s very unprofessional and frustrating.
Even if I put the email address in wrong (which i fully admit I did and I emailed them straight away to change this)
The address was right so this doesn’t explain the product not turning up.

I requested a refund for clothes which…
I requested a refund for clothes which didn't fit. I live overseas, and the website states to email for info on how to do this. For 3 weeks my emails were ignored and I've still to date not recieved a response. I'll be taking this up with the UK Ombudsman.

Theft! How do I take this further?
Been chasing for a refund for months! No response or lies when you do get one. Also a real bad attitude, will never use them again. They are thieves so now I am going public, they have a £40 hoody which I returned at their request and then still kept my £40!!!! Absolutely disgusting, does anyone know how I take this further?
