If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. Dealing with Pepper customer service was difficult and trying to discharge my loan was the most stressful thing I've done. You submit the forms they ask for, and then when you ask for a follow-up, they tell you they haven't received other forms they never even told you to complete and return. If I had to choose between using Pepper again or being homeless, I'd be homeless

I had approached another bank and had…
I had approached another bank and had put subject to finance clause in my contract. However, they could not able to process fast and I had lost 3 weeks. I reached out to PEPPER and explained my situation and asked them if there is a way they can fast track my application. My subject to finance was about to expire in 10 days when I reached out to PEPPER. I was assigned Carlos and he was extremely fast. He understood my situation and handled my application end to end and got it sanction less than 7 days. If not for PEPPER, perhaps I would had to loose this property. Thanks Carlos and PEPPER for handling my situation well.
