I called Pepper Money today to discuss financial hardship and Mamatha handled the call with real customer service and product knowledge. Mamatha was non judgemental and did her best to get me the best deal. The call ended with me feeling valued as a customer who is undergoing hardship. Thankyou Mamatha. You are a super star!

New repayment arrangements
I recently arranged a new repayment plan with Pepper. I had a fantastic experience thanks to Simon on the hardship team.He was friendly, calm, and incredibly knowledgeable, which made a potentially stressful call feel comfortable and manageable. I paid out my car loan with Pepper Finance over a week ago. I’m now trying to trade in my vehicle, only to find there is still money showing on it and the security interest hasn’t been removed.This has been an absolute nightmare to resolve. I strongly advise everyone to avoid Pepper Finance. Absolute scammers.

These guys will bombard you when they…
Edit- I have emailed and still not heard back from them. It is illegal to withhold loan information. I am sure I will get my next bill and still not hear back.
I have had to file a complaint with the AFCA just to get my loan details.
These guys will bombard you when they are after something. If you want to know something about YOUR loan, they will never respond to you. I have been locked out of being able to access information for my loan. I have asked for my information and it has been 2 weeks. Go with someone else if you’re looking for a loan their service sucks
