Ordered 14th June, received 16th June. Fifteen well packaged plants, including assorted mints, thymes and sages, for ~£50 (shipping is included when you meet a spend threshold). Absolutely wild prices for such a massive selection of unusual, edible plants. Securely packed in recyclable plastic holders (also MADE from 100% recycled plastic). These are some of the cheapest plants I've seen, and they only had a few reviews on trustpilot so I was a little sceptical - but they've arrived and I'm over the moon with my order. I could smell the mint through the packaging before I had even opened it! My sister is moving house in September and she's already planning her new herb garden from Pepperpot herbs, and I'm already eyeing up some of their rosemaries and lavenders 👀 💚 highly recommend 🙌

I ordered some herbs I couldn’t find locally … and after a minor courier glitch.. communication with pepperpot herbs was immediate.. the problem sorted.. and I have never received such healthy plants.. I’m astounded by both plants and the customer service ( truly.. ) .. thank you

This is my second order with Pepperpot Herbs. Both orders have provided me with healthy plants, no ordering problems, correct plants arrived both times. The plants are really well packed and there have been no breakages during transport. The shop owners are friendly and helpful, I was wanting a few plants that had gone out of stock and they quickly added them back for sale for me. The order was sent out very quickly and arrived the next day. I even received a free ladybird, I hope it enjoys the Yorkshire ladybird scene! Great place to buy from, highly recommended.

All of our local garden centres were unable to provide the lavender plants that we were looking for so we looked for them online. They arrived swiftly and in perfect condition. We had to send in a query after placing the order and received a prompt response. Excellent customer service, fast delivery and lovely plants.

Ordered a selection of thyme plants for a new rockery. Delivery was delayed, so concerned for the condition of the plants. Sam got back to me straight away with an apology and an update. Plus re-assurance that all would be fine (they have tested the herbs in boxes for a week and had good results).

They were right - the plants looked very healthy and smelled lovely - even better now they're planted out. Will definitely be buying more from this company (they have an amazing range of different herbs).
