Bought a suit in Jan sales.
Had issues and emailed to their customer service but had no response. This has now elapsed past the returns date and I'm left with a suit that doesn't fit and can't exchange.
This will likely get a response as it's public, but know they don't reply to their customer service line.

I returned 2 items back on the 14th March and they were delivered back on the 17th and still no refund. I've sent 2 emails with no response.

I love the clothes - the quality is high and the style is usually right up my street.
Customer service, by Michelle in particular, is top notch.

Very mixed feelings about this business - I own some great clothes from them. Their sweaters are good quality and t-shirts are nice, if not a little long in the body. I have a fleece jacket from them too which I really like. I will say that it was sold as a "wool" fleece and is actually wool/polyester blend (disappointing for the price paid) but I should have checked the details before purchasing. Sizing is inconsistent but then I am tall and slim so not necessarily the average customer.
The reason for the review is the returns service. I have routinely waited up to three weeks for my return to even be acknowledged, let alone refunded and I am now coming up to a month on my most recent return, with inPost having delivered a couple of days after my sending. This is the worst returns service I have ever experienced and they are a big enough business now to have no excuse. A genuine warning - do not buy from Percival online unless you are either 100% sure you are going to keep the clothing or are willing to wait with uncertainty for 3-5 weeks to see if you will get a refund on a return.

Styles are usually solid. It's a bit trad-indie - not really alternative, but not quite Drake's either. Fit is usually ok, probably a bit smaller than the label suggests with more of a boxy fit than I'd like. However, the materials are really sub-par for the price. Nearly every garment is mostly synthetic material - even the "wool" garments are a blend. For items that run into $300/ per, you'd expect higher quality production and materials.

Returned £500 worth of clothes and it took over 3 months to get a refund with no communication in the meantime.

I purchased 2 cardigans, I needed to send one back but I missed the deadline to be able to, I emailed them and the customer service was initially excellent- I received an email response saying they would accept the item back and refund it. It told me to respond to the email to confirm and they would send a QR code to be able to post back. I emailed, I heard nothing, I emailed again, I heard nothing- 5 emails later of me asking for a response, I still heard nothing. I’ve given up on sending it back now but just wanted people to not bother with this company- shocking customer service.

Really couldn't recommend Percival any higher - the communication, customer service and speedy delivery time were all first class when ordering my wedding suit. In particular, Michelle from the customer service team was incredibly helpful, letting me know of re-stocking timelines when the suit trousers were out of stock and available offers when I was ready to purchase the suit.
The product is also great - 100% linen and a really striking colour.

I ordered a pair of chinos from Percival. They were not suitable and I sent them back for a refund. Two emails later and still no acknowledgment or in fact refund of monies. I think 6 weeks is way too long to process a refund and I question now the company ethics

Quality of garments vary between acceptable and good-ish. Pleased with the quality of a knit polo t-shirt and some waffle t-shirts, I tried out some of their pleated trousers and a Harrington jacket, which both had rather bad zipper quality. I had the "Men's Chapter Zip Up Jacket | Forest Green" and the zipper was annoyingly unreliable. For the price, I expect the zippers to be more reliable and smooth, since they underperform even to my 60€ linen trouser from Abercrombie and Fitch. Overall, the quality of the fabric is good most of the time, but unfortunately didn't amaze me either, especially given the price... The linen trousers for 175€ didn't show particularly better quality than my 60€ ones from A&B.
Though I will continue to look in for good deals, as I'm relatively pleased overall. Although the sorting facility forgot about my return, the customer service processed my refund within the same day I contacted them. Overall, I am pleased.

I've been a loyal customer of Percival for years and have bought many items from them. I really like their clothing so it's disappointing to see such a decline in their customer service which now appears to be non-existent. I started a returns process for an item at the beginning of February. It was stated that I would receive an email with the QR code. I didn't so I emailed Percival on 13th February. To date I still haven't had a reply. This is really not good enough and this doesn't give me confidence to buy from you again. Seriously, I'm not sure what's going on but sort it out or you'll lose more loyal customers like me.
** Percival have yet again responded to a customer asking them to email them, despite having emailed them already and NOT having had a response. You are insulting customers.

The quality of the materials used are very high, and how things made is top notch.
The prices are a bit high, but fare as well.

Disappointing quality with manufacturing errors wnd then had to pay additional postage fees to return. Still yet to receive refund a week later which is disappointing given cost of clothing. Unlikely to buy online again.

No sizing available for long legs. Pain in the ass to use the website, too pricey for the quality

Avoid this company at all costs. Trying to get a refund is almost impossible and makes the process highly stressful. They don’t respond to any emails (I sent four) and they provide no updates on where your refund is despite it being ‘processed’. Such a shame as I’m looking to buy a new suit but I simply would not use this company again as returning items is such a nightmare - luckily there are plenty of good companies out there who have a decent returns and customer service (eg universal works). I eventually got my money back but only by reaching out via instagram. They clearly never processed my refund as they had stated or reviewed the emails chasing it. Really poor customer experience all round.

Have purchased some great clothes in the past but recently purchased three items and having issues! Sent two back for an exchange two weeks ago and heard nothing since despite sending emails to the customer service team three times. If you are confident the size they offer will fit, then order …otherwise exercise caution!!

Percival received my return on 31/01/26. It's been over three weeks, and they have not even bothered to acknowledge receipt. I am submitting another review as it seems the only way to contact them. If I do not hear from them by 03/03/26, I will be submitting a chargeback through my bank.

The suit I bought had multiple tailoring errors (buttons sewed on poorly, pleats not properly stitched) and it's taken a month to get a refund. Avoid.
