When we booked room we requested a quiet room on upper level. We let them know it’s our anniversary and wanted privacy. Well they put us right by the elevator. We had everything but privacy. It was noisy and could not relax during the whole trip. We asked to be moved away from the elevator but they did not accommodate us. Worst time ever. Never coming here again
