REFUND

It is almost impossible to get a refund.
If your order doesn’t suit you, you have to contact customer support by email. I have been trying for a week and still haven’t received clear instructions on how to return my item.
I asked for a return label, but instead I keep getting unclear or repeated responses. Customer support is very slow, and I still don’t know how to complete the refund process.

Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience.

The worst

The worst, I ordered a corset, and it was way smaller than the measurement so I returned it and it took over a month to get the refund and then they deducted shipping cost and there was no shipping fee on the order.

SCAM

SCAM! Thank god I always pay using secure cards such as. PayPal or Amex. I had to go through my bank to get a refund as they ignored me and didn’t send anything. When I filed for the refund via Amex they reached out to me begging me to close it but I ignored them right back! SCAM

I would give them 0 starts if I could. I placed my order back in Feb 18, so yes it has been a month and I haven’t received any items. Right after purchasing I had a bad feeling and started looking for reviews, I read all the comments and since week one, everything has happened as people said.

After the first week and getting no updates in my order, I emailed them, they said the item was not in stock and offered to change for another one which I refused. I said I wanted a refund instead but then they completely ignored this and offered a timeline of two weeks to send the item (let’s clarify that the items ALWAYS appear in stock in their website).

Two weeks more passed, I emailed them again and request my refund as no items were ever sent and magically I got an update stating that my item was just shipped along with a tracking number.

Tracking number is fake, when accessing the website it shows that the item is a demo and it is in transit with date April 18th 2025.

I just exhausted the options to prove my bank that I did everything that was in my hands to get the item or the refund from the store, so I can try to get my money back from them.

Awful experience.

Order never shipped & they show items as available that are actually out of stock

Ordered two corsets on separate orders for my second look at my wedding.

Weirdly, the first one I ordered, the Sia corset, arrived in Australia to me within about 10 days. Quality seems good and overall happy with it but I had ordered the other because I changed my mind with the style.

That was 2 weeks ago, they take days to respond and have told me the size small is out of stock. I said ok, can I be sent a medium? They said that’s also out of stock. BOTH still show as in stock on their website.

I have told them to cancel and refund me however they keep just wanting to partial refund me “when the order arrives”. What?!

Terrible customer service, and unacceptable they’re showing items as available on their website that aren’t. That should be false advertising.

They also delete negative comments on social media.

Gave 2 stars instead of 1 because I did receive 1 of the 2 orders.

Don’t trust the bad reviews

I was confused at first when I looked up this store on Trustpilot because I assumed their social media profiles and website to be legit and found lots of information online. After ordering a corset which arrived in perfect condition within 10 days (ordered from Europe) I can’t help but think the bad reviews must have confused this page with a scammer website. I absolutely adore the corset I ordered and get compliments left and right every time I wear it. At first I wasn’t sure if I should get xxs or xs but decided on the smaller option in the end and its surprisingly comfortable for a corset. Can and will recommend to anyone wondering

Been fighting with their customer service for 3 months.

I purchased 2 corsets back in october. They came in and looked great but ripped the second I put them on. I sent photos of where the rips were with the tags still on - literally hadn't been worn and unfortunately, although they looked high quality, they just weren't. I reached out and because i waited too long to try them on, I couldn't return them so initially, they offered me store credit. Long story short, they take so long to respond that the tickets get closed out and then when I reach out again, it goes to a new agent who gives me the same macro email that i've received 3 times already. nobody is reading what i'm saying, nobody is escalating the issue to someone who can actually help, and nobody is offering anything other than store credit. Why would I want store credit when 2 out of 2 items that I purchased from them fell apart (1 of which was for my wedding)? It's been 10 days since their last response and i've emailed them twice because they're literally ghosting me at this point. All I want is a refund on the two items that I literally can't wear. I would never purchase from them again and would never recommend entertaining the idea.

Disappointing quality and even worse customer service

I would not recommend ordering from here. I measured myself carefully against their size chart, yet the corset I received did not fit at all.

To make matters worse, when I reached out to customer service, they were unhelpful. They refuse to offer free exchanges even for sizing/quality issues; you either have to pay for shipping yourself, or they simply suggest you buy a second one. Also, be aware that shipping takes 14+ days, so it’s not an option if you need it for a specific date.

I never received the corset and they…

I never received the corset and they told me that I need to be dealing with the carrier and the carrier cannot provide any picture proof that they delivered it. So they just kept $100 and never gave me my corset.

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. Ordered their products but never actually ship it until I emailed them to inquire. I waited 3 weeks and never saw an update and finally emailed customer service and they said my items were out of stock so it hasn’t processed and I can either switch to an in stock item or wait. My order had 6 items, I had to email them to ask which items were out of stock or if they were all out of stock. Either way, with how long it’s taken, I no longer needed the items since I ordered them for a holiday party and kindly requested that they cancel my order and refund me. They then went and completely ignored my request and pushed through the items that were in stock (without ever replying to me what items were in or out of stock from my order) and processed them for shipment therefore not allowing me to cancel my order any longer. They then said I could return once I received the items and now they want me to pay the return shipping fees. They answer middle of the night as I’m sure they’re overseas. They don’t respond to your actual questions and ignore your requests. My full order still has yet to ship and they refuse to refund me my money on the items that haven’t shipped yet. They just ignore my request in EVERY single email regarding cancelling those items and refunding me. I have 14 emails back and forth with them since 12/14/25 and still ongoing. They just want to keep your money. The items I did receive aren’t even accurate sizing based on their website measurements. Everything is way too small. Such a disappointment as the pictures are gorgeous. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I had an extremely disappointing…

had an extremely disappointing experience with this brand.

My package took almost two months to arrive, which is completely unacceptable. At no point was I contacted by email, and I was never informed of any delay, issue, or update regarding my order.

I sent several emails to customer service and received no response whatsoever. The only way I managed to get any kind of reply was by reaching out to the brand directly on Instagram, which is not normal or professional for order-related issues. Even then, the responses were vague and avoided providing real solutions.

This is honestly one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had in a very, very long time. The lack of communication, transparency, and respect for customers is unacceptable.

I will be sharing my full experience in more detail on TikTok so other customers are fully aware of what they might face when ordering from this brand.

I do not recommend ordering from them.

2 months have passed no order no update

I’m being asked to write a review by the site when none of my stuff I ordered two months ago has arrived and half actually hasn’t even sent. My emails asking for an update have also been ignored. Usually companies would at the very least answer and offer a discount. Don’t order here.

No Order Received and No Refund

I placed an order over a month ago and still have not received anything. My card was charged immediately, yet there is no product and no delivery date.

I was initially told the delay was due to “customs procedures.” However, the tracking number clearly states “Awaiting Item,” which means the package was never shipped in the first place.

I was later told directly that they do not have inventory and that my order is not yet scheduled for delivery—and yet they continue to accept new orders and take people’s money.

I've been asking for a refund and they won't.
This is completely unacceptable and incredibly frustrating. Taking payments without having inventory or a fulfillment plan is misleading at best.

I am disgusted and would strongly advise others to stay away.
