What a fabulous way to customize plain old gift cards! The only thing I did not like was that each gift card comes with its own customized greeting card. Which is great if you need a greeting card, but I didn’t, and there was no option to decline.

Two days ago I sent my son in law a gift card to Lowe’s. garden store first one one canceled because they didn’t give me the chance to correct a detail on my credit card, yesterday I ordered another one for him and since it was a text card I purchased I expected to get a quick reply it had been received and now my credit card company put a hold on my credit cards. I will never use perfect gift again, not a pleasant experience.

There was a cancled order where no funds were cptured and may show as a pending authorization on your statement. You would need to check why the bank put a hold on your card. This is not something we have any insight on.
