Brilliant service from start to finish!
Everything went smoothly and all delivered perfect and promptly

I have a Range Rover and came into abit of difficulty with their famous wheel nuts with a silly chrome cap over them, i ordered some new nuts, 5 mins later get a phonecall from Andy a senior sales exec who wanted to confirm everything as inordered the wrong ones by mistake to due a picture error, he was very helpful and fast exchanged a few emails, also had a chap called Chris who helped too , awesome customer service, i now have black Range Rover nuts without the chrome cap, good solid quality, these weigh 124g each where as the origional ones with the cap weigh 116g , so slightly heavier but quality is there massivly

P.s, this is my 2nd time to use this company and will use these again for a very long time

Great service, clear communication and the product were exactly as described.

Only ordered a set of locking wheel nuts, but Performance Alloys were the only place that seemed to advertise them. Was informed that they may be slightly delayed, which was not an issue and I was greatly appreciative of the communication. Once dispatched, they were here within 36 hours and exactly what I needed, so very impressed.

Great overall experience. Fast shipping and wheels/tyres came wrapped well and looked amazing. Hit a snag with the install but customer service was great and patient walking me through a resolution. Would definitely buy from them again.

Jason was a brilliant help from the beginning, from my first enquiry, to getting the wheels sent to me. The wheels weren't listed in the right size on the website, but Jason got me the correct size and got them shipped to me. Always at the end of an email, with whatever questions I had.
