Genuine expertise, friendly staff, and all-around great experience - we have been working with Permaroof for years and have never been disappointed.

As a first time buyer, for a small project to re-roof my garden shed, I had a couple of questions regarding sizes etc., before placing an order. My emailed queries were answered almost instantly with all the information I needed by Scott Roberts.
I placed my order and awaited delivery.
Unfortunately, due to the extremely bad weather earlier this month, my order was delayed by a few days in transit. This was obviously not the fault of PermaroofUK, but Julie Wharton kept me informed of when I should expect delivery.
When the order finally arrived some of the contents had unfortunately been damaged in transit. Once again, this was through no fault of PermaroofUK, but upon contacting Julie, she immediately took personal responsibility in arranging for replacements to be sent out.
The whole customer service experience has been exemplary and I would highly recommend PermaroofUK.
Both Scott Roberts and especially Julie Wharton are an absolute credit to the company for giving, what can only be described as 'good, old fashioned customer service'.

PERMAROOF is by far the best all round roofing supplier and manufacturer warranty provider on the market to date. The warranties are processed seamlessly by Julie Wharton, whobis quicker than any other company i deal with as a business owner, and as for the service you get from your own personal sales adviser, LEE MOORE, is nothing short of perfection....Lee goes to great lengths to help me with building quotes, going above amd beyond to check ive got everything i need for the project at hand, and believe it or not, that has saved my bacon many times over!.

10 out of 10 for the Perma Groups staff !! Both these 2 staff need a raise !!

Fantastic service , uses these guys for years and always greeted with a smile by the reception team and then dealt with professionally and compassionately by the sales team, top notch company with very competitive prices.

Disgraceful practice in advising order has been received and in packing when it has not been completed due to extortionate delivery charges applied during payment process.

Looked to place an order and delivery costs were advised as £0. During completion process an additional £12 was added for delivery.

As a result I did not proceed with order nor processed payment but received advice that order was confirmed and packing in progress.

Have sent advice that order was not placed and that should not be processed. Will update on resolution.

Permaroof trim for EPDM.

Ordered from their website stating delivery between 3 and 5 working days. Right after paying, we got notified it's more like 2 weeks. That was a month and a half ago. Every week we call, they stall saying they will "know more" in a couple of days. Meanwhile we got two big holes in our otherwise essentially finished extension. It makes everything damp, it prevents further interior work, it is a joke, really. Just sell stuff you can actually source duh.

EDIT: 3 stars for eventually arriving (with a 5 week delay) and looking fab
