I would not recommend Perrys Omoda Jaecoo Nelson because my experience with them was/is horrendous (see below):
The initial call with Jake was positive, he had sent me videos of the car and answered some questions I had but he seemed more interested about offering extra protection/cover etc (all additional cost) and left me feeling overwhelmed at the time. Nevertheless I put down a deposit the same day (Wednesday 20/5) and was told the car would go into prep straight away, also the reason why I couldn't test drive before committing fully when requested as I live a good 2.5/3 hours from the dealership so could only really go on Saturdays due to work. After a couple days of going over everything, I made full payment of the car on the Friday that same week. Looking back, I wish I hadn't done as the car proceeded to stay 'in prep' for over 10 days and received very little communication from Jake in that time. I gave it a few days before chasing to which I kept getting told everyday it's 'in prep and MOT would be done today' (makes me wonder if the car actually went into prep in the first place and if they just said it was so that I couldn't see/test drive the car in person). Eventually after a week of chasing I finally had a delivery date of Wednesday 3/6 1'st thing in the morning and I specifically requested for delivery to be made to a certain address multiple times and Jake had confirmed. The car arrived in the afternoon, not to the address I requested delivery to may I add, and was shocked to see it was driven down on trade plates which Jake never informed me about. Upon inspection of the car, it was filthy inside and out (stained seats/doors, dust settlement, carbon/dirt build up on the wheels and all around the car just to name a few) - I would attached pictures if I could. The weather wasn't great that day which was mentioned when I complained but the build up was from weeks/months of accumulation over time not just that journey. The driver wasn't too great or knowledgeable and kept saying he worked for an external company not Perry's. I had no choice but to accept delivery of the car as I had already been waiting long enough, I took pictures for evidence and sent them over to Jake within the hour but again he didn't have much to say and felt like he was unwilling to help. I spent the rest of the day/the following days trying to reach someone for help which I eventually got through to Andy (branch manager), after multiple back and forth over the phone/emails we came to some sort of agreement to compensate some of the extras I supposedly had done and that they would reimburse the cost of a valet as he had agreed the condition of the car was not up to standard. This week I had a couple warning lights come up on which I'm still waiting on a reply from Andy or someone as I want them checking out and should come under the warranty. The car itself is fine apart from the cleanliness, warning lights and an issue with the badging on the boot door which I noticed this morning (looks like it had been taken off in the time between Jake's original video and the pictures I took on delivery).
If they offer Gardx paint/fabric protection, I'd highly avoid as I was suppose to have this on my car but I'm certain it's not been applied due to the state of the car on delivery and the paperwork received states it was applied same day as delivery which is impossible because its at least a 3 hour process if done properly. If they did then it would be on top of all the dirt which is worse.
Overall it has been a horrendous experience from start to finish!

This dealership is, by far, the worst. The service received was absolutely appalling by Tom Byworth. I purchased a van from them around two months ago. Unfortunately, I needed a van urgently and purchased ahead of time. The pictures did not accurately reflect the state of the van so this was my fault but they assured me over the phone that the van was in good condition. The wheels were in extremely poor condition so they promised to send trims. I had to chase around 20 times. Promise after promise each time. It actually became a joke. There were hundreds of nails in the van itself rolling around, it was like they did not even attempt to clean it. Once we got the van back we noticed it was extremely dirty underneath too. Most importantly, I was informed that there was a 3 month warrantee and this could be honoured at any Perry/Ford garage. I’ve had the van 2 months, I need new breaks and now the engine light is on. Of course, another lie as it has to be returned to Dover, costing me time and money. I am convinced they have sold me a van not fit for purpose. If I could recommend anything, it would be to avoid this place at all costs.

Perrys Huddersfiekd have my vehicle post accident to reset the control module. Only after ‘playing around for 5 days’ did they go back to Citroen Technical when they failed to reset this module. Having spoken to both Citroen and Perrys today they have been sat for another 5 days awaiting a response from Citroen. I need more urgency, thousands of Berlingos and other derivative models, Peugeot, Vauxhall, Fiat, Toyota are coming off the same production line. Why between Citroen and Perrys can they not move forward in a more timely manner.

Perry's reputation certaimly meets expectations. I travelled 200 miles to purchase a car from them and wasn't disappointed. The car was compatively priced, was well prepared for sale and the salesman was more than helpfull.

Bought a car about a month ago
It's been back in 4 times now with things that are wrong with it that they'd promised they'd fit
Something was corroded underneath, there's a faulty light sensor, the rear windscreen wiper wasn't working.
After 3 visits they fixed the wiper but I took it in again today as I'm still getting rear light errors. They couldn't find out why and sent me away.
This is terrible why are you selling faulty cars, its a second hand car but it was a really expensive car the most expensive car I've ever owned I thought it would be fully working from a big garage like this.
It's not just the inconvenience of having to go a day without a car several times, but relying on family to give me lifts back and through again every time and asking people to take me to work.
