The metal already lost its color, the neckless is too heavy and uncomfortable. the return is not free, and you have to pay it yourself, if you want to return it, which means if you want to return the item from USA to London the cost would be much more than keeping the item! Dont risk to buy it if you live in another country than England.

I recently bought a beautiful handcrafted Persian backgammon and a set of ceramic plates from Persis Collection, and I’m thrilled with my purchase! The quality is outstanding—both items are even more stunning in person. The Khatam backgammon quality, a true statement piece, and the plates add a lovely Persian artisanal touch to my table.

our order(parcel) arrived on time and in good condition

Placed an order on Apr 7, after I was assured by customer service that the item would be delivered in time for mother's day. Eventually the item was delivered a month late (well after mother's day) and that too after I repeatedly had to follow up with them asking for the status. I had ordered a customized key chain and it cost £180. The item delivered was mediocre and substandard, not even worth £30 let alone the price I paid for it. The key chain had rust marks and the gold plating / paint was chipped. I flagged this to their customer service and I was told I would get a new key chain and a partial refund - I got neither. Poor customer service and mediocre product. I will definitely not ever recommend this website to anyone!

After my posting of the above review (and sending yet another email reminder), Persis have sent a replacement chain and I have received a partial refund.
