Absolutely useless company several running from the same address on euro link estate in Sittingbourne will not answer emails 13p a minute if you need to phone them ordered items from them supposed to get free gifts none arrived the watch didn't work gave them one star otherwise I couldn't post review. They need reporting to trading standards.

They won't answer my emails. Sent me the wrong item. Ordered a heated clothes airer with a timer and 3 heat settings they sent me a cheap bog standard airer with just an on/off switch which heats up to a volcanic temperature. Needed a timer and heat settings for my neice to safely dry her nurses uniform, it's washed every day and there's no tumble drier in her shared flat, thought this would be ideal. Would have been if they'd sent me the correct item 😢

FRAUD - ordered a wind proof umbrella from personal choice via Wowcher. Parcel arrived with lots of leaflets and an empty packet, when I emailed them they’ve now sent me a broken umbrella which looks like a freebie. Nothing like a wind proof umbrella that cost me £10.98. Don’t trust this company DISGUSTING!!

FRAUD!! Had £2.99 taken from my account then £99.95 a week or so later. Looks like they're linked with Ideal World.

Hi all, I’ve just been ripped off by this shower, ordered a Beldray floor clean , which is very good , however just checked my bank account and I have been debited £99 for super card Discount saver , apparently I signed up to a 14 day free trial over the phone , NO I DID NOT ! , furious to say the least . I’m getting fobbed of , back and forward , however my bank are looking into this as In my option this this is fraud , beware folks , SCAM

I have been a customer of ideal world for a long time. Until recently everything was fine until suddenly because I pay with my husband credit card they transferred my account to him. When I contacted them they didn't want to know although we sent emails telling them this, they even said they didn't have an account on his name. To say I am furious is an understatement. They have even managed to mess up my husband credit card because of this.

It's a very very very very bad service I'm still waiting for my order I been sending emails to them the only thing I get from them is got to wait 72 hours again I will not buy nothing else from them again or my family wont buy nothing from them again

Currently got a full page advert in The Sun newspaper advertising antibacterial hand gel for £32 that can be bought in shops such as home bargains for £1. This company needs prosecuting.

Let me clear up what’s happening here for everyone!

Ideal world have partnered with a shambles of a company called Supercard (Supercard Black). Upon phoning Ideal world to complete your purchase they (call centre in India) push a “FREE” Supercard/Superpuzzle onto you then Ideal world pass your bank details onto Personal Choice to be taken and purposely hide the name Supercard from your bank statement. Then when you call Supercard for a refund they refuse even though you didn’t sign up or contractually agree for the money to be taken!! Supercard/Superpuzzle operate only the grey area of what’s legal and what’s not It’s very very unethical!!!

BANK ACCOUNT SCAM £99.95. NO idea how this happened as never heard of this place or used it.

I have just found that £99,95 has been taken from my account by Personal Choice. I have never heard of them or given any authority for money to be taken. I have contacted my bank (Halifax) who say that as it was Ideal World that has given my details it can't be classed as fraud!!! Any suggestions on what to do next?

Been stung by personal choice for £99.95! What's more disturbing is that ideal world passed our bank details on to them! They trade also under the name of Super Card which is meant to give discounts on various things. Ideal World asked if we wanted to get it as we would get £5 off our first purchase with ideal world. They never said there was a charge but equally the letter from Super Card mentioned about a charge! Cant believe ideal world passed on our details and appear to be part of the scam. Not phoning ideal world as costs £1 a minute. Phoned Super Card who said would refund our money which will take 5 to 7 working days. Watch this space as to whether they do.

£99.95 was taken out of my TSB account. I have never heard of this company or had any dealings with them.

My elderly aunt checked her August statement, and this company who she had never heard of had taken £99.95, bank said this is a scam, has refunded her, as so many on here, I think the police should be looking into this. I see barclays accounts mentioned, this was a Nat West account, so it looks like another company has been compromised and details sold on.

Just took £60 out of my account. Don't no who they are I've never heard of them. My bank barclays are looking in to it and said hopefully I'll get my money bk in a couple of day.

Stole £99.95 from my elderly relative. Contacted them to ask where the money has gone and they claimed it was for a 'super discount card'. Bank is now investigating under their fraud team.

Thieves!! Scammed my elderly, sick parents out of £99.95 on 28/08/19. Luckily their bank has given a full refund. Still very stressful for them. My blood is boiling to say the least. Tried earlier the same week but as they are only on pension there wasn't enough for them.

They advertise in the TELEGRAPH, don’t buy anything. The cordless grass strimmer I ordered stopped working after 10 minutes. And like others have found you have to pay to send back, cost me over £13 to do so, my original postage was 4.99 total with item 54.98 and that’s all I got back, although they say they cover return postage up to £10, don’t believe them.
