It's fine if you're looking for low or moderate quality cards they cannot do premium printing
I was a long term customer of Ivory Graphics (4+ years) which is the owner/sister company of Personalisedplayingcards. Their decision to move bespoke and small orders to this new company has meant I am now looking at other options to print my custom boardgame content. This just won't look good or be readable on the type of cards I received recently.
My main complaint with Personalisedplayingcards is you can now only select between poker, trump and tarot sized sized cards. There is no longer an option to customise the quality and card type. This means that the cards they offer are very basic. Some of the content I used to print required finely detailed font or smaller font sizes to fit the content on the cards.
The quality offered means that Personalisedplayingcards are no longer suitable for most of my needs. I can understand there decision to have Ivory Graphics focus on bulk orders but would it really be too much hassle for this new company to allow better or premium products?
If you're printing any cards with images for things like magic the gathering, D&D, hero quest or many other board games you could very easily run into quality problems.

Personalised Playing Cards was introduced to handle smaller and more streamlined orders, while Ivory Graphics now focuses on larger, more bespoke production. The card and print quality used by Personalised Playing Cards are the same high standards you would have received previously. The main difference is that we currently offer a more streamlined range, with fewer sizes available. This was introduced to simplify ordering and improve turnaround times, but we recognise it doesn’t yet cover every use case.
Expanding our offering to include more premium stocks, finishes, and greater customisation is something we are actively working on, as we know many customers require that higher level of detail and flexibility.
We truly value the experience you’ve had with us over the years, and your feedback is an important part of what guides our next steps. As we continue to develop Personalised Playing Cards, we’re focused on building a range that better supports the level of detail and flexibility you’ve come to expect.

Trustable place. The quality is good and the delivery too. Bad thing is the price of cards + transport+ customs is expensive, appart fron that everything really good.
Customization of cards is really complete and you receive what you see on the page.

Good cards, good value for money (postage especially)
