PMUK has opened genuine opportunities for me to meet suitors who are serious about marriage and fitted my criteria. Bhaji Naseem is in high demand but always makes me feel like I’m her only client. Joining at first I did have my speculations but I knew I needed to be open with myself and with the service in order to get some for of results. It has exceeded beyond my expectations, Alhumdulilah. Matchmaking is a difficult job, but having this sort of service to help people like myself is a god send, it’s difficult to find a decent person in todays day and age, so it has been nice to have these services that Naseem and Nadia offer you help with that process

I have been a client of PMUK for a few months now and joined during the pandemic. Since then I have met many potential people from a diverse set of backgrounds and in line with my criteria’s.

The digital meet process is a great way of getting to know individuals and enough to decide whether it is worth pursuing with future meetings etc.. It is great that there is a personal matching service like this for Muslims rather than conventional and traditional methods which can be time consuming and daunting experiences.

Overall, I am highly satisfied with the potential matches and the staff who have gone over and beyond my expectations.

Ultimately, it is Allah swt who has written our destinies so we can only try our best efforts with services and platforms such as these which extends our scopes.

The last couple of months have been testing times for all. PMUK have changed their whole way of working, which has been a learning curve for all involved. The fact that they ask for feedback, listen and try make them selves available when requested is also a positive. Ultimately matches are being provided, so Alhumdulilah. I didn’t know when I joined how well you look after us, it’s not on your paper work anywhere. I’ve spoken to some amazing people it is clear that a lot of hard work has gone into head hunting them as they are all very polite and good natured intelligent candidates.

Generally in life I feel stronger and more in control of my life, and the advanced communication skills I have learnt are really helping me though other aspects of my life, really looking forward to marriage and building my own family.

After having my first meet and greet, the process doesn’t just end their, Naseem sat with me gave me really good constructive feedback, and showed me a different prospective on my approach to situations. Furthermore she also delivered an amazing coaching session, where it taught me different methods to be able connect and discover that organic chemistry with someone. This has given me self assurance and to become more open minded to all kinds of opportunities, just to dig a little deeper.

I thought it would be best to leave a 100% honest review. I am not here to slate anyone or be over the top saying how amazing it is, but I think it's important to give an honest review.

So PMUK has a good business model. They seem to be winning awards and have a good marketing strategy. Lots of nice marketing tools such a websites, YouTube videos and Instagram. They also focus on relationship advice and not just matchmaking which is important. A lot of the stuff they say is actually good if you listen to it. You will get to meet lots of people through PMUK (especially if you're a male). So based on these factors you think you would have a good chance of meeting your future spouse.

However, your meets don't always match your requirements that you set out. When you give this feedback they can get defensive saying they have spent thousands of hours matching. However it does not take thousands of hours as they forget very basic details on the client and it becomes very obvious that it's based on who is available on that day. Everyone should read the reviews properly. Not many people on here confirm that they have met someone and are getting married. The reviews are from nice people who like Nadia and Naseem so want to help them out and are being polite as everyone gets asked to leave a review. Another area that needs improving is the consideration for the clients. You spend time and money travelling to meet weekends and then have to chase for an update. A matchmaker which costs so much should NOT have their client chasing them for feedback.

I do think this review will be met with 'thank you for your feedback, you should come and give this feedback to us directly' message. The problem is you don't listen to the client. You talk over them and dismiss their feedback. What I am concerned about is now you will ask people to leave more positive reviews as this review is not 5 star review and it makes the whole trust pilot a farce.

So here's the thing. You can meet the one through this service because there's lots of people to meet. But don't expect the top notch service you think you will get. They seem to take on a lot of clients (which is good as you will meet more people) but lack after care. I think a lot of PMUK clients are happy with the service as Nadia and Naseem build very good rapport with people but they don't always deliver what they promised.

My advice is join if you can afford it and are happy to keep going and going. If you are upset with the cost you will always find something to complain about. You will need to be very patient with PMUK as it can get a little frustrating, but the same can be said for online rishta platforms.

Personal Match have been nothing short of amazing! Their service is honest, very thorough and they are always on hand to listen to your needs and requirements.

I was very apprehensive at first approaching a matchmaking service with the stigma attached to it but I was very quickly put at ease and felt confident that I had made the right choice. My meets have been well matched to my requirements and Naseem & Nadia have always been on hand to provide coaching calls prior to each meet.
