Disappointing start. Arrived at 1am following a 26 hour journey from the uk, only to find there was no access to any alcoholic beverages, or any decaf/herbal option to have a drink before bed. There was no bath robe or slippers in the room. I was too exhausted to follow this up that night. But, the following morning I spoke to Abigail on the reception desk, who completely sympathised and provided me with breakfast in my room, a bathrobe and slippers and was assured that on my return 2 weeks later, all of the above would be available on my arrival.
Thank you Abigail for rectifying my initia very disappointing experience

DO NOT STAY, this hotel is terrible, the staff are incompetent, rude and criminal!! I stayed in this hotel, it was impossible to get room service, the room temperature didn’t work and when I left they just charged my card as if it where there own personal credit card, when I called to rectify this situation they hung up on me and I even went back to the hotel, met with hostility, this place needs to be investigated for fraud.
