Poisonous rat bait spilling out of box when being delivered.
The cardboard box containing strong rat bait was damaged & the sachets of bait were just loose inside. One packet had been damaged & the poisonous bait spilt out for 20 yards up the driveway as the delivery driver carried it up to the door.
Appalling.
