I had a minor infestation, found Pest Pros quickly using Google and emailed them some photos as advised on their website. The MD, Gareth emailed me back 24hrs later with a full entomological description and advice on what to do as we're outside their catchment area. It was all extremely quick and effective and matters are in hand. They also sell a range of products for people to remedy problems themselves. These types of problems can be distressing and you need an efficient response - these guys are just the ticket. Highly recommended! A+

Inspection done thoroughly, gave great advice. Despite the outcome being slightly frustrating as landlords not being corporative, Mark could not have been more helpful.

After trapping a couple of mice decided the infestation might be bigger than first thought. Contacted Pest Professionals who give some great free advice and a quotation to resolve the Issue. Mark turned up the following afternoon and after a survey he set bait boxes all over the house including the loft. He gave me a few recommendation and some advice and will return in two weeks. A very professional service at a reasonable price I can recommend Pest Professionals.

I called pest professionals after being let down by another company and I'm glad I did, Craig came, on time and explained everything he was going to do to get rid of the wasp nest that we had in the garage, when my husband got home he went in the garage and all the wasps had gone. We are very pleased with the work carried out by Craig and I would highly recommend this company

I had a problem with some rats in the garden who had taken up residence under my shed. My call was answered promptly and I got a callback to discuss the problem within 30 minutes, followed up by a visit the following morning. Jeremy kept me informed of his arrival time and was very helpful and informative of the treatment and advice on how to avoid future problems. He left 5 bait boxes and 4 glove baits, as well as another block in our compost bin. I could see the glove bait had all been taken overnight. We had more of a rat city than a single nest....

We only saw one dead rat and by the time of the 2nd visit 2 weeks later there had been no sign of activity for a couple of days prior to that (the latter was a couple of the babies who were out looking for food during the day).

I would definitely use them again (but hope that I don't need to).

Complete and utter scam artists!! This business came to my home, left after 8 minutes (i saw on my ring doorbell) to which they covered my camera to try and not show them leaving, and then as compensation sent another guy who was his ‘best pal’!! His words not mine!!!
They take your money for nothing!! I am absolutely disgusted and distraught by the experience!!!!

I contacted Pest Professionals for advice about pigeon protection for solar panels, having had some work done by others that simply did not work.

Pest Professionals provided extremely good and professional advice, talking through the various options for my roof, which included an unusual layout to avoid velux windows.

The price quoted was the lowest price of various companies I contacted.

A fantastic service. I had ants coming through the sky socket in my wall so I rang up Tuesday afternoon and Pete came and sorted it Wednesday morning. He was friendly, explained what he was doing and how it worked and overall I'm very happy with the service I received. It was easy to pay over the phone with another friendly member of staff and I would highly recommend this company.

Absolutely first rate. Pete recognised instantly the opportunity of having all floor boards lifted in terms of enabling him to do the best of jobs with the greatest of ease. Pete was definitely an expert of great knowledge and a pleasure to boot. 16 companies were contacted ahead of this one, I'm glad we found Pete and his crew, at every stage they have acted with professionalism, diligently executing each stage efficiently and effectively. Totally recommend them.

We discovered something (rats as it turned out!) had been having a good nibble on our stuff in the loft and called around to pest control businesses in the area, Pest Professionals really knew their stuff, they came out immediately and talked us through all the steps they were taking and how they deciphered what was living rent free in our loft! A week later they came back and demonstrated how they knew the problem was now resolved (putting that in the nicest way possible!). I have so much more faith in professionals when you can tell they really know what they are talking about. Fantastic service. I'd definitely use again but I am hopeful I never have to!

The technicians were very thorough, cleared all the mess and debris, and left the space clean and tidy. They were efficient, and completed the job in very good time. They were also helpful, considerate, and friendly (as was everyone I spoke with at this company).
