Outstanding first-class service
I used PetAir UK to fly my precious dog and cat to Chicago as I had to relocate across the pond for work. From start to finish, the process was straight-forward and well-explained. I was probably quite neurotic as this is the first time my pets have flown, but they were all so good about putting my mind at ease. The care they provided my girls, from the pick-up to the boarding and making the final preparations for getting them on the flight, could not be faulted. The crates made specifically for them were extremely spacious and comfortable, and I'm sure it eased their nerves on the very long journey. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you from me, Nova and Captain Tiddles McFluffybum!!

10/10 service from start to finish from our initial consult with Danni, to our communication with our agent Hazel. For something that is very complicated and daunting, PetAirUK made the process run smoothly, they answered all our questions and kept us informed at every stage. Our dog Elvis flew from Scotland all the way to Australia and he was looked after so well, he was just as we left him.

From the second we decided to use PetAir they have been amazing, I had 101 questions and Sarah never made me feel annoying or stupid she just answered with grace and the most informative way, we couldn’t of asked for better for us and specially for Nala.
From picking her up to receiving her at the other end with updates along the way it made the stress and worry of relocating her to Texas every bit easier.

Stress-free Cat Journey
Having to send my cat to the US was a daunting prospect, but was made completely stress-free by PetAIr UK. Throughout the whole experience, I had every single question or concern addressed by the team along the way and thanks to their dedication and attention to detail everything went exactly to plan. Paying extra for an agent to collect upon arrival was also 100% worth it and I couldn't have asked for our cat to be in more safe and caring hands. Absolutely amazing service! I used this company to transport my dog from the UK to the UAE, and everything went perfectly. Communication was quick, clear, and super helpful — the team always replied fast and explained every step in detail.
Everyone I spoke to was kind, flexible, and supportive, helping me sort out all the paperwork issues along the way. They treated my dog with so much care and attention — from the moment she was collected in the UK until she arrived safely at our home in the UAE.

The sheer professionalism mixed with a balance of empathy makes this company the one I'd use again and again.
From the very beginning, I was updated and guided every step of the way in what was a very complex process of getting my beautiful dog Lexi to Australia.

I picked Lexi up yesterday, our reunion was beautiful although we got drenched with the rain.

Vicky was our handler for transferring our pet dog from the UK to Singapore. Throughout the process we were kept updated with helpful details. Vicky and her team were especially empathetic towards us being anxious about the long flight for our dog and made sure he was taken care of in the best possible way. Right from the home pick up in the UK to being dropped to our home in Singapore the team (Mandy, Vicky at PetAir UK, Linus at Ricted Kennels Singapore) was patient, caring and compassionate. We could not have asked for a better service for our much loved dog.

I wouldn’t ever use this company…
I wouldn’t ever use this company judging by the way their drivers drive their vans around. Reg plate YR25FBO- driving on motorway hedge end junction to Southampton. This driver was on phone driving recklessly. Undertaking and purposely speeding up to not let people in on such a small slip road . If my pet was in the back of that van it would be terrified. Absolute disgusting and have contacted police with video footage of driver using phone, undertaking and tailgating.

Too long in Crate
Very efficient in the U.K but my bigger dog arrived in a very distressed state covered in urine and faeces. They were not given time out of crate either before or after flight , hence over 20 hours in a crate with no facility for relieving themselves. I don’t know who was more distressed when they arrived - me or the dog.
