Very disappointed with the delivery
Very disappointed with the delivery.
This is the second time the delivery driver has left the packages against the rear gate where it is open to the elements and in full view of anyone walking by. I have recorded on your system that all packages should be left under the Front Porch, 10 paces from where he left them. Luckily it wasn’t raining otherwise they would have been very wet.
Please discuss this again with your delivery company.

Courier service is appalling
Purchasing is fine but delivery service is consistently an issue. Delivery to wrong property, lack of accurate and timely tracking, delivery to wrong property. Basically delivery service is appalling and cannot be relied upon. When spending large amount of $ regularly this is an issue. Australia Post delivery was timely, app tracking notifications great and allowed us to be available for delivery but Pet Circle choose an unreliable service over a reliable service after numerous complaints.

I’m running out of food for my pets
Placed an urgent order for next day delivery (deliberately buy more to qualify for next day delivery)
Delivery didn’t come the next day. Msg them in app and they said my order is the standard delivery. I told them mine is a next day delivery as I meet the criteria but they refused to acknowledge and even lied that my items are on the way but when I check my app it is still under the first step which is packing my order. I wanted to purchase an item using PayPal pay in 4 that is advertised as viable payment option as they do not accept Afterpay . Following the prompts the website system automatically charged my card linked to my PayPal with no pay in 4 option or any other method using payment option available , upon realisation of this I wished to immediately cancel with in 2* minutes - was directed to an AI response chat then apparently a live agent representative was told can not cancel because has been prepared packed and shipped with no tracking information in site - was informed that a cancelation can only happen upon pre delivery ( so therefore item was never in fact already sent as reason be they could not authorise a cancelation ) the next morning received a) tracking information and b) cancelation notice , but the funds still remained in debit to my account . Further days later was contacted via email that had to provide my bank account details for e refund expected 5-10 working days . Further more to my disappointment PayPal notified me that because unknown to them I blocked my card linked to PayPal and that’ I have good history they honoured the website payment and deducted from my PayPal balance which is now also in debit for amount pet circle charges so now I have to a) wait for 5-10 days for pet circle to refund money to nominated account I had to give detail of and b) then pay PayPal the outstanding amount which will also take 3-5 days to complete
My frustrations here is simple allow a cancelation and automatically refund the payment with hours to a day such as other websites / apps … allow , I’ve since gone ahead and purchased an exact item for $39 more on another market than pet circle has available.
With my frustrated complication that could of have been easily avoided by simple way of allowing cancellation and issuing automatic refund I CAN NOT NOT IN NO WAY OF FAITH RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE no matter how cheape their product is
