Unfortunately it is a VMD regulation that prescriptions for controlled medications are posted and this is why we asked that you posted the prescription to us. We would recommend that when controlled medication prescriptions are posted to us, you use a tracked service that way you have a way to see where they are in the postage system before they reach us.

There was a problem with delivery of a prescription item but the staff I spoke to were extremely helpful and friendly and sorted the issue with no fuss. Excellent service and great staff.

Spoke to a very lovely young lady on the phone who talked me through the process for my dogs prescription. I don't do on line very well & she made things very easy for me which was great. So thank you for that & much better to have human contact then a machine. Keep it up. The delivery of tablets for my dog after the initial check of my prescription was very efficient. I'm glad & happy to continue using your services, so thank you. 😊

Had to complete order over the phone as it kept telling me that I didn't have anything on my prescription which was totally incorrect.
Not easy as I was told you had to add the script x 3. Annoying.

Telephone first as prescription was for human meds then we were having problems scanning v the script back to them so were told a different way and all medication was dispatched within 2 working days
