I recently booked the Outer Barrier Reef Day Trip - Silversonic with Peterpans and can honestly say that I had the most amazing time. Not only did the tour surpass my expectations but the experience with booking through Peterpans was easy, efficient and the team made sure I had all of the information I needed ahead of my trip! Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a friendly and reliable travel agency to book your trips with!

We booked a great trip to Uluru through Peter Pans. The booking process was simple and the team were very helpful in answering questions. We also got a great deal for what it was. The trip itself was also phenomenal with great guides and everything running like clockwork. It’s clear they only work with the best. Would definitely use them next time we book!

Went to rainbow beach stayed at Freedom Hostel - Highly recommend doing the sunset at the sand blow and visiting double island point, then visited K’Gari…. SO BEAUTIFUL, love Eli creek.

I had two experiences in Byron Bay with peterpans. They helped me with my first skydiving experience and also snorkeling at julian rocks. Both were really amazing they really gave me all the details and helped with everything that I needed.

Booked some trips through Peterpans. We organised Fraser Island and the Whitsundays through email and over WhatsApp. They were really helpful and planned the dream trip. Thanks guys!

I booked my East coast activities through Peterpans adventure travel. They were quick to reply to my emails and organised the dream trip for my group and I. I was very happy with the experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I recently booked a 2 week east coast of Australia tour with this company and was really disappointed with my experience.

Creating the itinerary and booking went very smoothly at the start. The agent Zoe was quick to respond and answered queries clearly. Almost immediately after booking, one part of the accommodation was booked out, therefore I was due a refund which should have been sent back to me easily but there were some complications which left me unanswered. Emails began to become less professional and it was clear that this issue was not a priority for them to solve.

Once the trip began, I realised there was one night of accommodation not booked. When I addressed this with Zoe she went to arrange the accommodation for us but we felt she did not understand the distress this caused us on our holiday. Her replies were slow, her apology was not good enough and she partially shifted the blame onto us as we should have overlooked the itinerary this holiday touring agency made for us. We spoke on the phone and her tone was rude, cold and she had no remorse for us. She then went on holiday and I had to deal with two other workers from the company. One of which was also very cold and not empathetic.

I pleaded for some sort of compensation as I was very unsatisfied with how I was dealt with but they said there was nothing they could do. I went around in circles with them, they had no reapect in listening to the customer and were not of the opinion that the customer is always right.They did half the price of the one night extra accommodation (which was now more expensive because it was booked last minute.) In the end which we were pleased with. However, there was a sense of pettiness, unprofessionalism and rudeness.

The reason we decided to book with a company was so we would not have to think/arrange/research anywhere on our own accord. Unfortunately this was not the case and it caused more unnecessary stress.

Once we arrived in our accommodation we told reception about our experience with PP and their reaction explained it all. They actually said "of course it was peterpan". For the above reasons, I do not recommend booking with them. Their lack of customer service is unforgiving.

Warning! This is a criminal agency. We lost a huge amount of money. The agency confirmed to pay back the money but so far nothing happened. Just empty words. Don't burn your fingers with this dubious agency. There are much more qualified and professional travel agencies.

Travel experience was OK but the Whitsundays tour was heavily impacted by a cyclone. The Wings company refunded Peterpans but we have been chasing a refund for 18 months!!!! This was pre-COVID. Essentially they have profited from our poor experience and left the company who actually ran the tour out of pocket. No communication. No explanation. Very poorly managed.

Great Company!!

I visited Australia in Feb - March 2020 to travel with my boyfriend. We started in Sydney, so we visited the branch at Bondi Beach. One of the best customer services I have received when it comes to travel agents. We went in just wanting to book part of our East Coast travels (Fraser Island and Whitsunday Island) but we came away booking everything. At first, I thought booking everything would be a bit of a scam, but it 100% wasn't. We booked on Whitsunday tour (2 nights and 3 days on a boat), Fraser Island (2 nights and 3 days camping/jeep tour) along with sky diving, scuba diving, everglades kayaking tour, Great Keppel Islands (transfers to and from the island) and at least 28 nights of accommodation (a lot of private rooms but also shared hostels) and not only that, they took our Greyhound log-ins and booked all our buses and made sure we had seats next to one another. We booked this all for under £1300 and I was impressed, because meant all we had to arrange and book ourselves was any extras we wanted to do. The woman we met within the store, planned and booked everything within less than 24 hours because we met her the next day to explain everything (I think her name was Kate) Thank you so much. Booking through this travel company made all the parts we thought would be stressful, easy and care free.

Thanks again!! When I revisit Aus in the future, I will be using this company again for sure.
