They came to my house and picked up the pool table then moved it to my new house without any problems.

The move of my pool table from Minneapolis to Des Moines was 100% excellent. The initial phone calls were polite and accurate and the two guys who handled the move were absolutely perfect or really better than that. They were knowledgeable, friendly and not only made the move easy but also made it enjoyable because they were really, really nice people. I would recommend peters billiards highly to anyone based upon this absolutely perfect experience.

Very organized company and clean and COVID safe when they set up our pool table at our home.

The bar stools we purchased are great.
The staff at the wearhouse bagged and loaded them for us and even included pads to apply to the feet of the stools....super helpful.

Peter's provides a nice environment to shop. I researched bar stools prior to going into the store. Staff were friendly. In fact, after much indecision, they let us take one stool home for 24 hours. We loved the bar stool but after having it in our home it was painfully obvious it wouldn't meet our needs. We returned it and purchased another style. It was shipped sooner than we thought. The guy at the warehouse when we picked it up was very nice and actually placed felt on the bottom of the legs to protect our wood floor.

We bought our original bar stools back in 1998, and after these current ones we just purchased in 2020 wear out, we will go back again in another 22 years!

Peter's was so accommodating to our needs. They found the chairs we wanted right away, they had excellent customer service, and the delivery went off without a hitch. Bravo!

Lack of communication after the sale. Would not recommend our sales person. It felt like they cared about the sale but nothing after. We need to purchase other items but will be looking for a different retailer.

We looked everywhere for stools and finally found them and the help we needed at Peter's Billiards. This place is a must see. We will definitely be back. The order came in on time and everything went off without a hitch. The salesperson was helpful and knowledgeable but never hovered. That worked perfect for us.

We bought four custom kitchen bar stools. They had an excellent selection. Our salesman Andy was very helpful in making our selection, and was very patient with the “wifely indecision factor.” Delivery was made within the promised timeframe and was done efficiently and courteously. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for here. Highly recommend.
