Sent back the PetLink GPS right after receiving. Spent $16.00 to do this with all info in box and all original packing, etc. Have not received a refund or a call regarding the refund although I have tried numerous times. Good luck if you change your mind on this item!
Dont work with my phone! No choice but to give it a zero out of ten. Very disappointed.
Don’t waste your money. It’s junk! Pictures show our dog miles away when I could see her in our yard.
Unfortunately, the PetLink GPS collar did not work as advertised for us. The very first night we activated it, it sent multiple escape alerts even though our dog was safely at home. The alerts showed her in completely different locations miles away, when she was actually right where she was supposed to be. For a GPS tracker, accuracy is the entire point of the product. False alerts showing your dog miles away when they are sitting safely at home completely defeat the purpose and make it impossible to know whether an alert is real. PetLink later attributed the issue to the Energy Safe Zone/Wi-Fi connection, but our Wi-Fi was brand new and located right next to the dogs. We stopped using the collar after the first night because we simply couldn't trust the information it was providing. I purchased this for peace of mind and the safety of my dog, and unfortunately it had the opposite effect.

Battery life doesn’t last long enough, charge every week
We are in open areas and GPS cuts off and doesn't properly track with AT&T. I already contacted and reported to CS
Battery doesn't hold charge gps is off and dosent keep up with my dog. Dosent attach with velcro starp well to a hairy sog
Wanted to love it, but it just doesn't track, and it's not responsive (takes forever for app to respond)

Awesome product for my lab/prynese mix, who of course, loves to wonder! The new app is slower than the old app at connecting with device. And it seems to have a delay. Overall great product.

Very durable and long lasting battery
Had to buy 2 batteries dont last...requires two gps fees. So I needs 2 trackers for one dog. How do you tell your dog to remain still for 2 hours while you recharge

You never need to ask your dog to sit still while a tracker charges. The ideal solution is to charge your device while your pet is indoors or when the device is not needed.
The average battery life of the PetLinkGPS is influenced by the following factors:
A) Your surrounding environment:
• Cellular coverage: less coverage results in higher battery consumption.
• GPS coverage: limited coverage leads to increased battery consumption.
• Weather conditions: cloudy skies or extreme temperatures can result in higher battery consumption.
B) Which functions you use:
• Live tracking demands the most battery power. A fully charged PetLinkGPS for Dogs device can support up to 5 hours of continuous Live Tracking (assuming other functions, such as Flashing Light or Beep Signal are not in use at the same time).
• Flashing Light and Beep Signal. A fully charged PetLinkGPS for Dogs can support up to 5 hours of continuous use of either of these functions (assuming other functions are not in use at the same time).
C) The settings you choose (in the Pet Profile section of the App):
• If you choose more frequent location update intervals this can lead to higher battery consumption.
• If you enable Energy Saving Mode, this, combined with a strong Wi-Fi signal, will reduce battery consumption.
Battery saving tips:
• Decrease the location update intervals to 24 hours in Pet Profile settings.
• Disable GPS during automatic updates.
• Only use Live Tracking when you most require it.
Battery Life Overview:
• Up to 20 days with pet always within the Energy Saving Zone.
• Up to 8 days if often near the Energy Saving Zone and without regularly activating Live Tracking.
• Up to 5 days if the pet is always outside the Energy Saving Zone.
• Up to 5 hours with Live Tracking always active.

The transmitter seems well made, and both it and the app work smoothly. The pricing for the unit seems fair to me. The transmitter has to be recharged roughly every four days with the provided cable and a USB-A connection. When I ordered a second cable in order to have a backup, customer service never explained that there would be a significant delay, and I am still waiting for it, though I did finally receive a shipping notice. The cable was quite expensive for what it is. Overall, though, we're happy to have the extra security, which worked well for us on the one occasion when our dog got loose.

My of it loose and was running around the neighborhood it quite tracking him and only showed the area circle where he was. I. Thought the purpose was to track your dog to find them
would be nice to have written instructions how to set some things ui to work correctly
