They didn't send me the selesto collar

They didn't send me the selesto collar, at first, until I phoned and answered, some important information, which I didn't know about, anyway they are a Responsible caring company I found.so a big thankyou from me and Mollie the cat. Also the item arrived really fast, And nice to talk to and very friendly, informative and efficient. Thanks

Fantastic customer service from this company. Was my 1st purchase from them & won't be the last. I'd made a mistake on flea treatment doseage & they spotted it & contacted me via email to double check before despatch. Fair prices & quick delivery.

Understanding and supportive

I have shopped with Pet Remedies many times for my dogs Fibor. Thank you for being understanding and supportive in a very difficult time for my family and I. If we decide to get another dog in the future, I wouldn’t hesitate to shop with you again.
