Purchased three products for our horses, ( Horsehage ) however our three horses would not eat the product as it was incredibly course, company refuses to accept returns or give a refund for two of the items, INCREDIBLE POOR SERVICE !!!!!!!!

Pets apply is always my go to when I need to buy sawdust 20kg they've never disappointed or let me down I place my order and know I ll get my item in the time given I feel there very professional reliable trustworthy and punctual I'm very very happy I found them and I've only bought from them as I know I won't be let down and that's what I value

Really good, reliable, and well-priced suppliers for my chicken feed. Very helpful when I managed to put down the wrong delivery address, supported by recalling the feed and instantly refunding. Really good communicators.

Second time I’ve used this company for horse feeds. Can’t rate them enough and the customer service is second to none. Highly recommended.

My parcel didn't arrive was lost I messaged they got straight back new seed was delivered within two days brilliant service went above and beyond to put things right can't give enough praise

Ordered greyhound dog food from this company as it was the cheapest I could find. With 6 to feed as you can imagine price is important. I ordered 6 bags on the morning of Monday 20th Jan, they were delivered lunchtime Tuesday 21st Jan. Really pleased with both the price point and the fast delivery! All the bags were well packaged and arrived with no damage. I shall definitely buy from them again.

I order from petsapply on a regular basis. I feed wild ducks and swans. There has been occasions when delivery has been problematic with a courier service petsapply use. I contacted Petsapply with delivery concerns, they acted promptly and now use a better delivery service to my address. I can recommend this food for ducks and swans, I have helped raise 31 signets and their parents are with us all the time. Ducks too numerous to count both swans and ducks thrive on this food. Highly recommended

Very good service and having a problem.

Ordered plain canary seed. Got budgie seed plain to see on the bag .now all I get is being fob off won't be buying from this company again rubbish.

I bought duck and swan food on Amazon from this company neither the swans or ducks will eat it they spit it out or ignor the food.

Had a mix up with my order but the customer service to resolve this issue was swift and effective. A special mention to Pauline for her professionalism. Thankyou for the quick, easy and painless way you dealt with this issue.

Order delivered to a wrong address. There is no sign of the parcel and I have messaged Pets Apply online a few times and no answer. Just and automated message.
I wish to be reimbursed or have it sent again.

I've been buying the packets of straw from this company for a while and found it very good. I had a slight problem with one of the packets I received and as soon as I contacted the company they sorted the problem out quickly and efficiently. This company is definetly worth using.

Bought Nilaqua through Amazon. Our parcel arrived on Tuesday unfortunately it was damaged by the courier. We notified PetsApply direct and we found them to be most apologetic and we received a replacement on Saturday. Excellent product and really excellent customer service.
