This is the worst company ever!!
I ordered some stuff for my dog through this company.
I then found out I couldnt use it, and asked if I could send it back and get my money back. The nice lady from Petshop wrote me back and said it would be no problem at all, I should just decline the package.
After some time I didnt get any package and I contacted them again, since the track n trace number said it was still in Hamburg. They then wrote me back saying that the package was on its way back to them. 2 days later they sent me another email saying I made an order. The next day I got one saying my package was on its way?!? .... I wrote them asking about it, but got no answer. I then got a note that DHL had tried to deliver the package!!! I wrote them again, but still no answer!!! I am now waiting for something to happened with DHL, since I have not picked up the package.... Yet... Still no answer from Petshop, and no money!!!
Worst company ever!
22.11.2012 - I have now gotten my money back with a note from an imployee from this store. The english was so bad, that Im sure it was translated by Google translate. (Sorry Google). Sadly it took this review of the store to get my money back. But I stand by what I wrote. I wont ever shop here again!
