Bought two dog toys from this company as their prices were very good. Received promptly, well packed in a box. Would be happy to buy from them again.

Unsure about ordering dog coat online but this is great quality and easy to put on and appears to be secure when put on. Haven't used it yet as it's for my lovely Labradors Christmas.

This is the first & last time I will use this company. I ordered a product 4th December & paid nearly £4 postage expecting it to be delivered within 3-5 days as stated, when it hadn't arrived by 9th December I contacted them & I was told it would be with me by the following day. Nothing arrived, no reply to emails & there was no answer on the contact number either. I telephoned again on 12th December to be told they were still waiting for stock, so I was lied to when I was told it would be with me, I have had to open a Paypal case to get a refund, We really needed the item & have wasted time waiting for it. In future I will use a reliable & trustworthy company as this one most certainly is not.

The website was clear and easy to use. I was able to place my order and received confirmation immediately. The product arrived in the time frame expected. It was packaged well and was of very good quality. The ring bag was so nice we immediately ordered the matching boot bag and have since received that and are very pleased. I would definitely recommend the website.
