But I did not receive any kind of message that the food is out of stock and dont sell that much food if u dont have it. I could have bought it elsewhere. Kudos to customer support being fast and friendly but only after I complain and wondered where is rest of the delivery.

I will never buy from Pets Place again either online or in store. I suggest you avoid the online service all together.
Order not shipped, customer service sent an email blaming PostNL but turns out it is their own warehouse causing delays. Why would you lie?

Bad experience. Order arrived 2 weeks too late, and half of the products were not send, so they owe me 40 euro. No refund, no email about missing products and no replies on my emails about this issue. Will never order there again
My order finally arrived 12 days later, but missing two items. No reaction from the seller, impossible to reach.
It makes no sense to me why I have to pay for extra transport costs when I already have to pay delivery fee. The site says because of the weight. So I ordered the same product at a different site, for almost the same price without extra delivery costs.
This is not my first negative experience with pets place. They don't put invoices or return labels in the parcels so when you ask for a return they say use the enclosed labels! I have thrown items away as I was unable to return them! They take weeks to answer emails so the return period has also passed by the time you get a reply. Then they say order before 22.00 and you will get your order tomorrow. Bullcrap! This is never the case and orders have taken several days before. This time I needed the order the following day. That was Friday. It is now Tuesday and it still isn't here and according to the tracking, isn't coming today either. Too late as usual. The stores rarely have what we want in stock so we have to drive far to a store that claims to have it (they sometimes lie and don't have stock at all) or wait until they can be bothered to ship it. I called and was offered 10% discount and an apolog. Neither are accepted! Poor customer service and care. Very disappointed!

Zeer slechte klantenservice. Ik heb 4 zakken hooi van 7 kg besteld en 1 kleine zak premium hooi. Hun belofte is: vóór 22:00 uur besteld, de volgende dag geleverd. Een dag gewacht en alleen de kleine zak ontvangen. Een e-mail gestuurd om te vragen wanneer de rest geleverd zou worden, kreeg als antwoord dat ze te “druk” waren. Een hele week gewacht en toen maar gebeld, alleen om te horen dat het systeem vastzat met mijn bestelling, het hooi niet op voorraad was en ik eigenlijk al terugbetaald had moeten worden.
1. Ze lieten me niet alleen bestellen terwijl het niet op voorraad was, maar ze hebben ook geen terugbetaling gedaan tot ik zelf contact opnam.
2. Ze vertelden me dat ze niet alle bestellingen handmatig volgen, met als excuus dat ze te veel klanten hebben, niet slechts 5 of 6 zoals kleine bedrijven. Kortom, ze geven er niets om of het geleverd wordt of afgerond, tenzij jij als klant zelf achter ze aan gaat.
3. Ze vertrouwen veel te veel op het systeem zonder enige verantwoordelijkheid te nemen.
Dus niet alleen heb ik geen hooi, ik moet het nu ook zelf opnieuw bestellen zonder iets terug te krijgen, terwijl ze mijn tijd hebben verspild.
Zoals ze zeggen: tijd is geld, en zij verdienen het geld niet. Ook die van jouw niet!

Zoals ze me vertelden: “Als je niet tevreden bent, bestel dan ergens anders.” Daarom ga ik topdierenshop.nl proberen.
Ze zijn goedkoper voor het 7 kg hooi nu maar eens zien of zij wél leveren wat ze beloven.

Very bad customer service, I've ordered 4 7kg bags of hay and 1 small bag of premium hay. Their promise is order before 22:00 and it will be delivered the next day. Waited for a day and only got delivered the small bag. Sent an email asking when it will be delivered only to receive that they are too "busy". Waited a full week and decided to call, only to hear yeah the system is stuck with your order, the hay wasn't in storage so you should have been refunded.
1. Not only did they allow me to order even if it wasn't in storage they also did not refund until I called them myself.
2. They told me we don't track all orders manually, making excuses of we got too many customers not just 5 or 6 like small businesses. Basically saying they don't care about if it gets delivered or even finishing up on their end until you as customer yourself fight them against it.
3. They over rely on just the system without taking any accountability.
So not only do I have no hay I also need to order it again myself without getting anything in return even though they wasted my time.
As they say time is money and they don't deserve the money, nor do they deserve yours!!

As they told me if you're not happy order somewhere else I'll be trying topdierenshop.nl
They are cheaper for the 7 kg hay now just to see if they do deliver what they promise.

We ordered different 24 packs flavour of Almo Nature cat canned food. They don't care, don't communicate and just send whatever in the box. This happen the second time already, and sending emails get no reply. Not going to order agian.
For a few times every order went well. Now there's one order we would like to return. The only thing we're asking from them is a return form. We've contacted them many times the last few weeks and have heard nothing. The lack of customer service is disappointing.
First order delayed. They say in the website next day delivery but it is not true.
