Please be aware that the email this company uses belongs to OE Enterprises Limited and the Royal Mail tracking numbers don’t exist. I ordered items which haven’t arrived and all I get is strange emails. No goods not refund and I wish I had read the reviews before buying.
The package has finally arrived. If this company were to publish a telephone number where people could contact them and sort issues out then they may not receive so many Red reviews.

Most recent order was a shambles
My most recent order took longer than usual to be dispatched, and then delivered though this was due to Royal Mail. Emails to customer services were slow to be responded to. Due to the delay of the delivery, I was away for a few days and package was left outside. When returned home, the outer package was damaged and a letter from Royal Mail was inserted inside apologising for the damage and how to claim compensation. One item of my order was damaged, and its safety compromised so not useable. Since the package was sent using Tracked 48 service, only the sender can raise a claim with Royal Mail. Contacted Pets Purest about this, and I am still waiting for a response.

I usually love this brand however they…
I usually love this brand however they are now selling different product to what they are listing on images and descriptions. I ordered the salmon oil which shows it in a pump container. The ordered arrived and the salmon oil came in a normal screw bottle… I ordered this product for ease and not to get salmon oil everywhere. I did contact customer service and they said they’re sorry and refunded me £2 and how to measure the oil out instead…
I wouldn’t have brought the product if I had to do this as it will get everywhere. very disappointing!

Bad customer service and order handling
I received someone else’s order. When I got in touch via email no one came back to me for days. I’ve used messenger instead. I was told to send back the parcel I received by mistake. The product was very much needed as my dog suffers from IBS and because of the delay, he was very ill. I was issued a replacement order but I don’t feel that I was treated well in the circumstances. No possibility to reach anyone over the weekend and no phone number is not great. I’ll not be back as a customer.

I have received the wrong product
I have received the wrong product. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact this company and sort out the problem.I’ve emailed and messaged in Facebook but nothing is being done. I have spent almost £30 for a pet product. I have now run out of this product and can’t afford to buy another one for my dog until I have sorted out either a refund or have the product that I did order redelivered.
I have had absolutely no response - but still receiving emails asking me to ‘refer a friend’!! Not likely! Just an acknowledgment that my problem is being addressed would have helped.
Terrible customer service. No contact number so you can’t talk to anyone / that makes me suspicious also! A company that doesn’t want to talk to their customers mmmmmmmm!!!!

I can honestly say that Jess was absolutely amazing in dealing with the issue from below .. Jess sent me what I had ordered and more, for me being a family business is a priority as well as being British..
I know mistake can happen, we are at the end of the day only human ;-)
You definitely won't be loosing our business :-)
One thing you might want to think of getting is a phone number so that issues can be dealt maybe quicker instead of us going on Trustpilot , because you are a VERY good company.
Unfortunately I have had to come to write a negative review, which I'm rather disappointed as it's not something I like to do ... however..
on the 7th I placed an order #59606 which was 2 Daily Dental supplement treats for dogs (buy 1 get 1 half price), however when the package came on the 11th what came was not what I had ordered :-/ .. I got instead 2 packs of functional dental treats ..
I have sent a message from their website straightaway (not heard anything) I've also sent 2 emails with photos attached to their support email ... still nothing :-(
There isn't a phone number for us to leave a message .. I have been a customer of theirs for nearly a year, I do spend a fair bit of money as we are on monthly repeat prescription our guys absolutely loves their products and what we get them works for them... I've never had any issues until now..
I understand we are all humans and therefor we all make mistakes but it would be great if my emails were acknowledged and something done about my order.
Pet Purest is a really good family business based in the UK which is also the reason why we get their products as well as being without chemicals.
I feel as though my trust is broken :-(

Terrible postage…
Terrible postage I ordered it late evening on Wednesday and realised that I obviously wouldn’t get it Thursday but needed it quickly as my cat was ill- consequently I paid for 24hours delivery and it didn’t arrived on Friday (so I emailed the team. They did refund the postage payment but I then expected in to arrived Saturday and it didn’t so had to email again and it finally arrived on Monday. Not great customer service having to chase via email with no number to ring when a pet is sick and it is needed urgently.
Actually product once arrived seem good but only use it a couple of times.

Incomplete delivery

My recent delivery was incomplete. I paid for five bags of the turkey treats and only received 1. I sent a message to them via their website, emailed and even sent a message through messenger. NOT heard anything back. Shame.
