I ❤ the fact everything is chemical free good products although some products are quite expensive delivery is always on time never had any issues

Awful customer service.
On 3 occasions now the dispenser pumps have been faulty, has taken at least 3 or 4 emails on each occasion to try and get them replaced.
Been told they are out of stock but they are happily sending out ones for new orders. Has taken near on a month each time to get the replacement which means I can't use it as I can't lift the bottle due to Mobility issues. A real shame as the samlon oil really seems to benefit my dog. Will have to order from a different company in the future.

Update after reply, the other orders were via your amazon store, the last was via your website directly. I won't be emailing you details as you've had them already plus you had the chance to resolve the issue positively previously and I feel you are now only more concerned as there is a public review. As I said previously it's a shame as the actual product is very good.

Would definitely recommend plague pro for all dogs teeth. We’ve been using it for about a week now on our 2 dachshunds and already noticed the plague loosening without brushing and whiter teeth. One of our dachshunds is particularly picky with food but he loves it and it’s super easy to use, as it just gets sprinkled on their food. We initially received the wrong item but I contacted customer service who were great and the replacement came within a few days. Already recommended to my parents for their dogs 🙌🏻

Buying is straightforward and delivery is quick too. I receive updates for delivery 📦. Daisy loves her Pets Purist poured on top of her raw meat and the dish is squeaky clean when she’s finished. Staffies are prone to joint issues so I’m sure having her salmon oil since being a puppy will help her joints as she gets older. 100% happy.

Products and customer service were absolutely amazing, unbeatable and by far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I had a few issues with my order, and a customer service assistant by the name of Melissa has been an absolute star. She dealt with each issue so kindly, patiently and efficiently. Please pass on this message to any customer service manager, she was absolutely amazing. I will definitely start a subscription purely because of Melissa’s help. I love Pets Purest and use several of their products. The salmon oil in particular has massively helped my dogs coat. I would also recommend the sausage treats, great for training or just as a reward.

Item arrived leaked all in package and contacted form says could take 48hrs get back and with another bank holiday hoping get this sorted before it. Wish phone number cough item for my cats.
Just update that Melissa got back to me so if you do have problems like what happened to me above they will sort it out. Thanks, Melissa will still buy from the company.

Made my first order online. Almost instantaneous email confirmation of my order and took just over a week to arrive. The item I ordered was the worming syrup, as my rescue cat got distressed when I tried to give her a tablet and wouldn’t eat it on her own. I added this syrup to her packet food and she ate it straightaway!

My dogs are 8 and 10 raw fed but both are starting to get plaque on their teeth. I tried Plaque off but didn't notice a difference. Pets purest came up on a google search for ear cleaner for my Bichon, so I thought I would also try Plaque Pro - I now have it on subscription and have noticed a massive difference in both dogs teeth, the plaque has almost gone after one month. Can't recommend enough. Both products arrived quickly with dispatch updates via email. So pleased I have found Pets Purest and have already recommended to other dog owners

Since using your joint supplement for our border collie Jess she has been a much happier mobile dog, yes she is stiff when she gets up but she is playful and enjoying life, she is twelve, thank you for a great product

I was impressed with the prompt arrival of the goods ( Dental Spray). As I have only been using it for 5 days I can't comment on its efficacy. However, my over sensitive greyhound has got used to it so I am hopeful it will help to make her terrible breath less terrible! Ex-racing greyhounds are renowned for their poor teeth so I am circumspect about the overall result (she has had two lots of teeth removed and I am reluctant to repeat the procedure as she is nearly 11).

Found this online as I was searching to help my 13 year old dog. Easy to order and it’s easy for her to take, just sprinkle it on her food.
