These Muckboots were sold out everywhere so I bought them at Petster and had them shipped to the Netherlands. They where shipped the next day, arrived within a week and are absolutely perfect!

Wrong stock information

This was the only store which said that a toy I wanted for my dog was in stock. So I purchased this toy together with others to get free delivery (even though some of the toys were cheaper in other websites) but I specifically wanted that toy. After a long delay period they wrote me that the toy I really wanted was out of stock and refunded me the value.
They still havent changed the status of this toy on their website till this day (maybe to attract costumers?).

If they know that its out of stock this information should be very clear to the buyers.

I contacted the company responsible for producing the toy and she confirmed that its out of stock but soon will be in stores.

Please update your online inventory so other costumers dont get lured by a product that you dont have. Its very frustrating! And I will probably not ever buy at Petster again nor refer it to any of my friends!

Order didn’t come

I placed an order on Februrary 11th and it was supposedly shipped the next day, however, up until today(1 month and 3weeks later) I haven’t received my order and also zero help from the support team because all thay are saying is to wait which is insane when almost two months have passed. So I just paid 50€ for nothing. I do not recommend them at all!

not delivered to my home address

I paid for the package to go to my house. It was delivered to a pick-up point. According to petster "all was OK and normal".

an excellent first time experience

Was buying from European online Petster store. Delivery from Sweden to Poland. First buy, was frustrating. But my experience was good. Parcel was carefully packed and shipped out in time. Tracking number was available, and I could follow my dogs parkas route until it was successfully delivered.
As for Customer care, they answer with a huge delay. I do understand that every client's inquiery is to be answered as per received emails, but if you have a quick question, better to contact them via phone or something else (whats hard for someone who is not in their country). Parcel was received by me. The size and quality is great. I do recommend!

For 13 days, the order status has remained unchanged “The shipment item is under transportation”. I’ve sent 3 emails, and I still don’t know when I’ll receive the order
