Love the modern curation and speedy delivery 🐶

From start to end great....!will buy from them again

The dog beds are really comfortable as attested to by my 5 year old granddaughter who curled up with the dogs in one of them. They are extremely easy to clean, easy to vacuum, take apart, wash and put back together. The padding is full and the material is thick and durable. We couldn't be more pleased.

I just received the bed and was actually amazing at the construction and durability of the bed, while simultaneously soft and comfy. My dog immediate jumped in and made herself right at home! Highly recommended!!

My first experience with Petswag bodes well for future ones, as they are very customer service oriented. Through no fault of Petswag, one of their vendors shipped the wrong item. Petswag resolved this in a heartbeat, and our Kaia is in love with her new pet bed.

I ordered a Jax & Bones bed for one of my daughter's dogs knowing the site said delivery would be the end of January. I had to contact customer service Jan. 31st to ask what happened to delivery of my order as there was no notification about shipment. Only then was I informed the item was not in stock & there would be further delay. I was told to expect delivery one day after it's shipped from the manufacturer by midweek Wed. Waited for notice of delivery but no dog bed Friday or Saturday, so had to contact customer service again to ask what happened. Although the dog bed was finally delivered, I'd probably order from another store next time.

I was very pleased with my shopping experience. My only concern might be the shipping speed but this could also be the fast that I'm used to amazon's 2 day shipping. I would shop here again and might even check out their baby swag website in the future; when the need arrives.

Good product, quick delivery

My dog loves her new Jax and Bones bed! It is perfect and is as decribed online! The only thing I found to be odd, was that it took almost three weeks for the item to ship out. We love the product! Thank you, PetSwag

Love the product; on-line experience is not great; delivery was beyond a three week period. That was disappointing.
