Sorry you are not happy with the quality of your tag. They are described clearly on our website as laser engraved aluminium tags, and we use a thicker tag than is generally available in high street shops with high-resolution engraving.

It was posted as scheduled on Monday 20th via Royal Mail 1st class however there have been delays within the royal mail network which seem to have affected some orders going to the channel islands.
