Seated promptly. Our server noticed it was just me & my elderly mother. She made suggestion for the lunch bowls which was spot on. My dish came with chicken instead of shrimp. I told her it was ok but she brought me the same dish with shrimp to go on the house. That’s great customer service. Such a pleasant experience. We will definitely be back. Also our food could not have been better! This was at the Knoxville location.

When I went want to PF Changs I was astonished by how the food was delicious. And my server Briana Chaney was by far one of the best servers in the entire restaurant.

Sat at the bar of pf chang's fort Worth. The counter was dirty and I asked the bartender to clean it. She was clearly irritated at my request. The counter was marginally better. I ordered a glass of wine when it was served the glad had lipstick stains on the rim. The bartender was irritated again but changed the glass. The floor was dirty with food, noodles, rice. Disgusting!

My family and I dined there today. Nancy, our server went above and beyond to make our experience pleasant. She seemed to be the only one who cared. The food was fabulous but without her service I can honestly say I would not return

Ordered Edamame and Pork Dumplings (Fried) for lunch and both items were undercook. Dumplings cold from the inside and their texture gummy. SAD!!!! Called for assistance and was told they were busy and that they would try to have someone call me back. For 35.00 for 2 items someone should had come to the phone.
First time ordering online and it will be my last eating at P.F Chang!!!!!!

we were long time customers at Victor,ny,but something has seriously changed in their kitchen,we noticed it on our last visit,this time the orange chicken was so overcooked and hard,I lamented the fact that we didn't go to chick fil-a,we also couldn't help noticing that the facility is really looking run down,the most filthy carpet welcomes you as you enter through the revolving door,the waitor was very pleasent,the food came in a timely manner,but it wasn't the good dinner experience that we had become accustomed to at PF Changs.

We have been long time customers of P.F.Changs and have always enjoyed the food. I have to say it was one of my favorites but now I am very disappointed. Our most recent visit was 6/1/23 in Lombard Il and it was bad from start to finish. They didn’t have enough servers so we had to wait for our drink order. My sister ordered a beer that was served in a warm glass (probably just out of the dishwasher) My soda was diluted and not a bubble to be had (very flat). We ordered the chicken lettuce wraps that seemed old and stale. We then shared an entree of the almond, cashew chicken which is my favorite. The chicken was completely dry and grizzled. To order another drink took forever because the bartender couldn’t keep up with the demand. We usually take home the remainder of the meal for another leftover lunch but we both decided it would not be worth it. By the end of the meal we both highly disappointed. As we left the restaurant my sister said I am still hungry how about you? In my opinion that is never a good thing as you walk out. We both made the decision to not return any time soon. Just about a month ago we went to PFChangs in Naples Fl and it was fresh, great service and outstanding food. The way it should be…to be successful in every way. Just wanted to inform you and explain our visit at P.F.Changs.

I ordered family dinners for an event a few days before. Khalil took the order patiently & double checked everything. On the day of pickup he ensured everything was correct, & even added a desert for us! He managed the order from start to finish perfectly! When we picked up the order he was happy to help take it to our car. And he contacted us later to check if we had any concerns and that we were happy w out order, & we were! Not only was the food great, there were ample portions of everything we ordered. We were delighted that the food was delish, but the professionalism & care Khalil exhibited was second to none! Will definitely be back soon!

Just ordered a kungpao chicken bowl. Full of brown rice. Disappointed to order kungpao chicken filled with 95% brown rice.

Savannah is an Outstanding waitress! The hot & sour soup is always a favorite! The Shrimp in Lobster Sauce and Pepper Steak were absolutely delicious! We wish the peach tea would come back to the menu. Savanna made our time at PF Chang's a Great Experience! Thank You, Savanna!

Great service, excellent food! Made reservations and walked right in. Our server Rory at 766 S. Osprey Ave., Sarasota, Fl was awesome! Will ask for him the next time we visit.

Our server, James, at the Somerset Mall, Troy MI location was superior. The food excellent as expected. Love those lettuce wraps! Will ask to sit in James section next time we go back.

Had a grate experience one of the servers Anthony is very sweet and polite will definitely go back soon

I came in yesterday with a party of 13 for a baby shower and SiSi was our waitress. She was great. Everything we ordered came out great. Drinks were always full. I would definitely come again just to enjoy the great service I got with her. M. Tapp

So we had a delicious meal at PF Changs this evening in Daytona Beach , our waitlist was a good waitress as far as delivery our food. However, she clearly did not read the room. She proceeded to tell us about Woke people and that she has a day care during the week where she teaches children about Jesus. That the problem with public schools is they took Jesus out of the classroom. So I bit by tongue until we got the bill.I left her a $10 tip on a $120 bill. I wrote on the check I Am Woke, I did not ask for your opinion on politics or religion. I don’t care what your opinion is as I did not ask for it. Just because I wear my military service hat does not make me a Trump supporter. Then I called her manager.

We have always loved the Arlington PF Changs but for a while the service was not so great. However, we keep going back because we love the food. Lately, it has been a nice surprise that the service has been excellent at the food fresh and tasty. So glad that PF Changs has survived Covid and come out better than ever!

Just finished eating at PFChangs in Livonia, Michigan and we had a server by the name of Savanah. This server truly exemplified her position; and on further investigation, this young woman is on a path in her career that will benefit our work force that is aching for dedication and perseverance. Thank you Savanah, for your amazing customer service. You epitomize the definition!

Really disappointed with PF Chang at Towne Center, Jacksonville FL. The food quality continues to go down. Way too much breading on the protein & quality of food just not as good as it used to be. No soap in the hand dispenser in the restroom & just a general feeling of dirty. When coming to Amelia Island, PF Chang use to be one of our family’s destination treats, but no more until improvements are made.
