Criminal agency, AVOID!

Word of advice for landlords and renters - AVOID AT ALL COST!

To landlords: They will try to scam you, double check everything they say with your renters.
To renters: Don't fall for their intimidation technics, you have rights!

PG Estates has tried to extort money from us through illegally backdating contracts and rent increase, they have lied to our landlord multiple times in dodgy attempts to pocket money, they accessed the house without permission or prior notice damaging private property (a very expensive piano), they have used playground intimidation technics against us (eviction by the end of the week) always keeping our landlord in the dark, they tried to do last minute painting attempt to cover up for mould before council inspection, Water was streaming form the roof down one bedroom walls for almost a year causing havocs in the house before they began to address the problem, all necessary repairs were loosely done and always damaging the house more in the process, and that is just the start...

All of this is documented with emails, pictures, texts, and audio recordings as we had to involve the ombudsman and almost took them to court before they backtracked at the last minute. We also know all our neighbours and those whose house is also handled by PG Estate had similar experiences. We are highly educated people with high paying jobs and were lucky to have the funds and knowledge to defend ourselves however, it is alarming for other households victim of this agency that they are is still allowed to practice.
