Very shallow customer service support
Very shallow customer service support. They take a long time to answer a question and a poor response that requires another email of unanswered questions that could have been answered in the first email. Very ineffective staff.
Good gloves
Bought heated winter photo gloves. The heating side failed, though the gloves themselves without the heating elements are really quite good. And they are still potentially usable given they have a separate pocket for chemical handwarmers. After a bit of discussion pgytech have refunded me so all good.
Buyer Beware - Poor Customer Service
I ordered a camera bag directly from the company's website because they offered discounts that Amazon and B&H Photo were not offering. The bag shipped free and the return policy was 60 day no question asked per the website. The bag arrived quickly, but our equipment did not fit in it well and it was much bulkier than what we were looking for. I emailed the customer support line requesting a refund as per the policy on the website. Their first email told me I should just keep the bag. I told them no - that I wanted to return it and get a full refund. Their second email was offering me a refund of $30! The bag cost $164! I told them that this was unacceptable and immediately began dispute proceedings with PayPal and the Better Business Bureau. Only then did they tell me I could send the bag back. Of course, I had to pay for the shipping which was $27. I am not waiting for the bag to arrive to see if I will get a full refund. This has been a huge hassle. You'd think the company would at least pay return shipping for the inconvenience of going back and forth over this. I will never buy from them again.

They don’t understand or speak English. Don’t buy from these people unless you want to spend weeks only getting partial resolution to a problem.
PGYTECH Beetle broken & bad customer support
I have bought a camera clip (PGYTECH Beetle) It was a nice clip and I took it for my trips many times. However, after 6 months of using the plastic around the metal pin got broken while opening the latch and now I don’t trust it with my camera. I contacted about this issue with the customer support, they said that they are going to direct me to the amazon customer support and nobody has messaged me since. It has been a week and I am afraid this product will go to graveyard.
Edit: They have replaced it with a new one without charges. A little bit late but nice customer support.
Very good quality, fast delivery and quick Customer Service response
I purchased the OneMo 2 on the original Website. The shipping was fast with Amazon Germany. No Fees oder custom duties.
The Support responded to me within minutes and helped me straight away.
The quality looks very promising. I directly ordered some accesories like the Wrist Strap and Beetle Clip. (also sent directly from Amazon Germany)

More than a month after placing and paying for an order direct from the company, i am yet to receive my order, i have contacted them multiple times to no avail, no resolution or refund even after I have asked. I am still out of pocket as at time of writing 1 month later.
