Solid and reliable help from Pharmacy2U
They are always prompt in communicating and I have received my medicines in the earliest possible time. Of course, there are delays due to GPs approving prescriptions but the information is conveyed to me by Pharmacy2U.
Occasionally the medicines arrive earlier than expected and I ay not be able to receive them in person which means that they are left under a hedge. This is ok as long as the rain is not pouring down. I have been with them for several years now and am very happy with their service

It was a 5 star but I have been trying to contact somebody as my son has not received his medication that was ordered. Royal Mail put a photo to say they’ve delivered it but it wasn’t our house and trying to contact somebody at Pharmacy2u to get this sorted out has been dreadful. No easy way and when I have messaged I haven’t had a response?? I need this sorted ASAP for my son to have his medication!

I think you run a great service I order on my NHS app and every thing is done for me no going to the chemist to collect them (they aren’t always available so you have to go back) my only issue is the DR gives me two boxes and your app always ask me to order too early otherwise a great service thank you .

Incorrect quantity sent
For the second month, the order was incorrect. This was advised by email before the order was sent. The email was ignored, as was a second email sent a week later. I hope this can be resolved before the next month's prescription. Up till now our experience has been good.
