Phidias is one of a few great prop firms that's being over looked. Great customer service and they payout out. Trading is already hard, no need to worry if your payout will get denied. Love these guys. I really like their swing accounts!

There's no usubscribe option from the marketing emails

Edit: Their response is for me to contact them. But there is still no unsubscribe option from their relentless marketing emails, three a day at least. And when you got to their website, there is absolutely no way to contact them. But they'll flag your review for "harmful content'

Phidias is a newer firm in the space but should not be ignored. Payouts are handled in less than 24 hours through rise. I was given LIVE BROKERAGE credentials in less than 48 hours after becoming eligible. Advanced support questions were handled with similar speed.

Keep in mind this is a European firm, support is based in Europe so responses and payouts are limited to that time zone **Generally**.

But Phidias has its faults. While participating in the 10k competition and growing my balance to a top 3 position, my account disappeared from my dashboard and the leaderboard. Then, after placing a trade on the account, I lost access to the credentials and was unable to manage the trade, with 200 points on NQ running unrealized before reversing. Assumedly my competitors faced similar login issues, but this is unclear. It is disappointing that I paid for a fair playing field, and am experiencing setbacks every day. This trade and position size would have put me in first for the time being, which is interesting as to why I was unable to close it until it is now a loss.

As a new customer at Phidias, I am shocked at how well everything is set up and efficient. I was able to complete and receive payments for work done through their 25k static and 100k fundamental accounts and also have a live account setup through Phidias.

Phidias Propfirm offers efficient systems for traders.

I have been a client of Phidias since December, and everything was going well—until this payout window. I submitted my withdrawal request, and just a few hours later, I received an email stating that all my accounts were closed. This included my 5PA accounts and the 20Evaluation accounts I had just purchased.

The reason? Simply because I am Romanian.

I reached out via email for clarification, and their response was shocking. They told me it didn’t matter that Iam resident in Italy for over 25 years. No request for additional documents, no further verification—just an outright closure instead of the five payouts I was expecting.

I have attached their email response for reference. I am speechless. You can interpret this as you wish, but if you are Romanian, think twice before trusting this firm.

I am quite new to Phidias so I haven't passed any challenges yet, however, what I do find extremely important is the 'support team' of a company. I have had a couple of issues to which the support team replied fast. They were polite and patient and didn't stop until the problem was solved.

Bad support, they don't answer your questions and if they do it takes so long time for them to answer about your problem. They don't give a clear instructions. I had not good experience.

I was funded with a 25k static cash account. I traded CPI, was instant in profit with 2k and 0 drawdown, but phidias closed my account. I took the same exact trade with topstep without any problems.
Phidias support told me, that I violated their drawdown, but I have video and image proof, that's not true. So either their spread is terrible or they scam people. Either way it's not a prop firm I like to continue with.

This is my 5th payment from the prop firm and the 1st from Phidias, so I'm able to compare. THE fastest one, THE smoothest one.

I feel compelled to share my terrible experience with Phidias Prop Firm to warn other traders. On February 20, 2025, I submitted a payout request for 17 CASH accounts, each valued at $2,000, totaling $34,000 USD. This was a legitimate payout following all the rules outlined by the firm.

I had been trading these accounts for three months — from inception to payout — carefully passing the evaluations without any issues. During this entire time, I received zero communication from Phidias indicating that I was in violation of any rules or that my trading activity was under any sort of scrutiny.

However, just 6-8 hours after submitting my payout request, when I tried to check the status, I discovered that I was completely locked out of the platform. My Rithmic account was blocked, and I had no access to my accounts or payout details.

I immediately reached out to their support on Discord, only to receive a canned, copy-paste response from "Flo│Staff Phidias":

“After a thorough analysis of your activity on our platform, we have identified practices that exploit a flaw in Rithmic’s simulated environment, thus distorting the results of the evaluations. It is clear that these practices do not respect the ethics and standards expected within Phidias PropFirm. As a result, we have taken the decision to permanently ban your account and cancel your access to our services. This decision is irrevocable.”

This message was clearly a copy-paste reply, previously sent by @Tony | Staff Phidias, so I asked for more clarification on the alleged violation. In response, I received this blunt message from "Flo│Staff Phidias":

“Everything has been said. You are using a technique designed to exploit and abuse the simulated environment. The decision made by the risk management team is final and cannot be changed. Therefore, you are no longer part of Phidias PropFirm.”

I have screenshots of the entire conversation to back up everything I’m saying here.

“Exploit a flaw in Rithmic's simulated environment”? Are you kidding me? I trade NQ — and I was not aware that NQ had an "exploit flaw in Rithmic’s simulated environment". I enter trades five minutes after the open — and that’s only if I even get a valid signal to enter. There’s no exploiting going on here, just straightforward trading following my strategy.

This was the first time I was ever made aware of any so-called "flaws" or violations. No warning, no chance to discuss, just a permanent ban and zero payout. Convenient timing, right?

What’s worse is that their "explanation" is vague and feels like an easy excuse to avoid paying out legitimate profits. If there’s a known flaw in Rithmic’s system, why is Phidias still using it for their evaluations? Why is Rithmic not addressing it? Oh yeah, because it does not exist. It feels like a trap designed to disqualify traders the moment they’re owed substantial payouts.

And here’s the real kicker — if Phidias genuinely believed there was a flaw in Rithmic’s system that traders could exploit, why are they still using it for their evaluations? Why not switch to a more "secure" platform or at least disclose this so-called flaw to traders? The answer is simple: because it’s easier to use this imaginary excuse to deny payouts when it suits them.

Phidias Prop Firm clearly does NOT value transparency or fairness. Instead of honoring their commitment, they pulled the plug when it was time to pay up. This is not just bad business — it’s straight-up fraudulent behavior.

To fellow traders: Stay FAR away from Phidias Prop Firm. If they can do this to me over $34,000 after months of trading and passing their evaluations, they can do it to anyone. There are far more reputable prop firms out there that don’t play games when it comes to paying their traders.

Phidias, do better. Or better yet, get out of this industry.

it is a scam of the worst sort. when they realise you are a profitable trader and after paying all the fees they just switch off your datafeed. and claim the problem on your side. they comme up any time they like with new rules

Overall great experience with Phidias. Payout was very quick, withing 6 hours it was in the bank account, no questions, no issues. Some have expressed concern about DCA rules but I had no issues, of course I was not DCAing infinitely but being allowed to add 1-2 more contracts at a better price (specially if you're a Micro trader) should be no issue if you are a serious trader.
