Great customer service team and loyalty rebates
Great customer service team. Especially Myléne. The post lost my parcel with games, so Philibert sent a new parcel at their own expense.
The range of games is huge, and you earn a euro or to on each game you buy that's knocked of the price on your next purchase. A bit like an airline but in the board game world.

Vive la France!
"Pre-ordered a GMT game from an English online games company in mid-December on the basis that it would ship December or January. It didn't. So got my money back and tried Philibert after checking I wouldn't be hit with import costs. I wasn't, and the game shipped quickly and efficiently. Very happy to recommend Philibert.

Actually, I never write reviews. Never. But this time I had to change this because I was really afraid that my order was a scam. I ordered a board game on Tuesday and two days later, I was holding it in my hands.

Big range and fast delivery
They have a nice big range of board games. I found some stuff for shadows of brimstone that was sold out anywhere else.
The delivery was crazy fast!
I ordered on Monday noon and got my stuff Wednesday morning. From France to Berlin.
So far I can highly recommend!

Extremely Good Service!

Unreal! The quickest international delivery I've ever had. Ordered from France on Thursday, delivered to my door in Ireland on Saturday morning. (I chose DHL delivery which was a little more expensive). Game so well packaged. Great experience, highly recommended.

Unsatisfactory customer service in relation to incomplete order
Order received quickly and well packed. One of the order items was incomplete rendering it useless - but these things happen so I wasn't initially concerned. On contacting customer support I was reassured that this would be resolved quickly.
However - 4 emails and 6 weeks later the replacement item has still yet to be received. Given the item is still showing as in stock on their website I fail to understand why they have been unable to resolve this issue.
Will be taking the issue to PayPal.

Placed order, decided to cancel a few items, received a voucher and asked if I could apply it to the existing order. Everything sorted and shipped first business day.
