I have ordered a hair product from…

I have ordered a hair product from Philip Martin's for my wife. As there has been a change of formula since our last purchase, I needed to contact customer service. Not only did the product arrive as promised and very fast, my contact with customer service was also very professional, to the point and pleasant. No "I will have to look that up, I don't know" - from the start our communication was in sync and made me feel secure to buy online from Philip Martin's.
