I have ordered a few things from this store with no issues but I ordered something last year and it didn’t arrive. No updates or anything. So disappointed as I always raved about this business but it seems I’m not the only one. The store needs to be shut down.

Would prefer to leave no stars if I could!placed an order in MAY. money taken then nothing.zilch.no replies.no response. Ordered some clothing items back in March and paid £107.16 which was taken from my bank by Debit Card.
I received an email from the trader saying order was placed and that they would be in touch when dispatched.
Despite numerous emails from me asking for an update on my order, no reply at any time.
Having waited now approx. 4.5 months, which I felt was enough time, allowing the fact he is a small trader, I contacted my bank who said they couldn't assist, as I had raised the issue outwith their 120 day timeframe for disputes!
Rather disappointed as I had received a previous order timeously.
Have contacted Trading Standards.

Ordered 2 shirts mid June and not heard anything. Wish I read the reviews first. Can’t get through to anyone. Awful for a charity t-shirt.

I should have checked reviews beforehand but went and ordered two T-shirts which never ever arrived. Been about 6 weeks now. Have attempted to make contact through email (the only way you seem to be able to since no other methods of contacting) and have heard nothing. Have opened disputes with my card company. Really shocked that someone queerand who I thought was respectable, given I have seen a few people wearing his stuff, is clearly just stealing people’s money judging by mine and other people’s experiences. Do not order and do not let this guy have your hard earned money.

I ordered and paid for two t-shirts on 18 April 2025 via the website / Shopify. It’s now 6 June, and they have still not arrived. I’ve not had any communication from the vendor, and haven’t had any response to my queries via the email address provided on X for order enquiries. I can’t find any info on social media or on the website either which suggests the store is not operating. Not sure what is going on, or whether the shop is still trading. If it is not, it feels disingenuous to allow orders to be placed and take customers’ money if there isn’t any intention of fulfilling them. I’ve had to initiate a chargeback via my credit card company to recover the funds. I wanted to support a queer artist and business - particularly in the current climate. But don’t waste your time or money attempting to order here. Very disappointing.

No stars really. Ordered goods in December 2024 they never turned up and haven’t been refunded. I had an email my order had been received and money taken but nothing after that. No despatch. Basically stealing people’s money.

5 weeks so far of emailing, trying to phone (no answer) and resorting to social media comments to elicit a response.
Nothing.
They take your money and DO NOT DELIVER.
Avoid this scam artist.

Update - after 6 weeks I had to get a refund through my credit card.

I ordered 2 tee’s in December that have never arrived. I’ve tried to make contact many times that been ignored. T-shirts have never been refunded and he details my comments on insta when I as what’s happening !! Absolutely disgusting service.

Ordered a T-shirt before Christmas for a present and it never arrived. Despite numerous attempts to contact the shop none were answered and my money has been taken. It's pretty much daylight robbery. He also keeps deleting negative insta comments about this service, and continues to post new products for sale. No decency at all.

Like many other reviewers I ordered a sweatshirt at the beginning of December that never arrived. Payment taken straight away but no sign of the order and no reply to emails asking for a refund. Very rude, frustrating, please don’t waste your money…

ZERO SCAM THEFT
Ordered sweatshirt, money taken, order not fulfilled, no response to phone /email/instagram. Still advertising the clothes. Present on Instagram daily. Great shame, very disappointing. Do not buy from here

Ordered from before any everything was fine - something has happened and now not shipping items and not responding to emails.

Very disappointed as loved this independent queer brand!

I placed an order at the beginning of December, expecting it to arrive in time for Christmas. Not only did I receive nothing, but I also never got any updates or emails about my order. I reached out multiple times throughout December and January and received no response. In the end, I had to file a claim with my bank just to get my money back. A couple weeks after the claim I have now received the t shirt i no longer want due to the experience I now can’t get old to send back. Extremely disappointing experience—would not recommend.

Same as everyone else on here. Made an order & paid in Dec 2024, it never arrived. No response to emails etc. I’ve reported to instagram but they won’t do anything and he continues to post merchandise for sale. It is a scam, do not buy anything from him.

I ordered in April of 2024. I've ordered from this vendor in the past with no issues. In fact my favorite shirt came from him.

I don't know what changed, but it's now 9 months later and I still haven't received the order. His email doesn't work but he responds to my instagram messages but each time just says something like "oh weird I'll look into it" and that's it.

I just want a refund since I can't dispute with my credit card. It's crazy that, looking at the reviews, this has gone on for so long...

Theft by mail order
Do not use!

Never recieved order. Ignores all messages.

Organised theft by mail. No invoice or receipt, no acknowledgment and no delivery of goods. Do not order, your money vanishes without trace.

Never received order, all emails to the company were not responded to. Eventually got a reply on instagram say he'd "look into it tomorrow", he never did. Two further follow ups with the same response but never came back. Now being ignored completely. Insta post about it has revealed he's done this to many people.
