Hadn’t realised how small the model elf…
Hadn’t realised how small the model elf is however the detail is excellent and the fact the registration plate tally’s with the actual car registered with the DVLA

Cutdown HYA hopper wagons
The items (cutdown HYA hopper wagons) were delivered within a few days of being ordered. Importantly the items were well wrapped and were not damaged in transit. I have used the wagons on my layout and they are great. EXCELLENT SERVICE - many yanks.

Biffa dustbin lorry
This item was bought as a birthday present for my son who collects Oxford models. No problem with ordering from Phillips Hobbies hence the 5 stars. However I do think that they should consider a different delivery company. Royal Mail were useless but no surprise there.

Marks .. 11 out of 10 ....for packing parcel, to make sure items were delivered safely. Good communication with updates. Good Prices..Very impressive service & will be back as a customer, should I require anything Phillips Hobbies sell .
