Apparently they are connected to The Insights Shop who owe me money from May/June 2024. Their excuses are childlike and ridiculous:
'Their Wise account was closed'
They have sent me fake payment acknowledgements- so obviously fake with no receipt numbers or logos.
Do NOT work with either of these companies.

I worked for this company Phoenix Data Innovations Ltd t/as P.D.I., whose registered office is located at Suite 2A, Blackthorn House, St Paul's Square, Birmingham, B3 1RL, in 2022, until now I have still not received a cent, I expected a good deal and I worked day and night to meet the deadline, I'm far from Africa, I don't know what I can do to sue them

We worked with them on recruiting doctors some time ago. Despite numerous payment requests, they NEVER paid the project fee, including the promised participant incentives of $1,000 each that they were supposed to pay directly. I've also heard that other market research agencies have been scammed by them. Please be aware!

Seriously, I cannot believe that PDI is still in business. Someone needs to get hold of Pratap and Vinay, they’re the real culprits behind this scheme. Defrauding employees as well as stakeholders.

We have been doing business with numerous global network companies, but it is the first time that we met such company which ignores request for payment or any contact.
We cannot believe that this incidence has happened from “Great Britain.”

This company is a total scam and compliance is horrible hope no one ever engages this company again.
On the project, they keep pushing us so hard and when it comes to the payment, they cut all communications, block WA and escape.

I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding an unpaid invoice that has been overdue for over a year.

As a valued vendor, we have always maintained a positive business relationship with company. However, the prolonged delay in payment for this invoice has greatly affected our operations and created financial strain on our end. We have made multiple attempts to contact regarding this issue, but regrettably, we have not received any response or payment from them.

Like the other reviews here, I also was recruited for a research study by these people and never received payment. Multiple attempts to contact the recruiters were unsuccessful, no reply whatsoever. Calling the number on the company's website just goes to a fast-busy signal.

I urge anyone who has had a similar experience with these people to file a complaint with the UK Government's Insolvency Service on gov dot UK slash complain-company.

The same here! How can I get paid for my multiple assignments as a simultaneous interpreter for their 'Marketing Research projects' - I have repeatedly sent them emails to clarify - but never received their honest responses. They owe me more than USD1000 and I have every evidence of communications with them. Can I join some other freelancers that have the same worst experiences with this worst scammers? Cannot believe it still operates!

Avoid this company. They seem professional upfront but do not pay incentives for completed participation in survey/research. Very disappointing. I participated in an online panel, filled out the "payment" authorization form but have not received compensation in 4.5 months despite multiple outreach attempts via email. I have reported them to various agencies for fraud and deception. Legal action is being taken by myself and 7 others who have fallen victim. This company is the definition of SCAM.

Have completed two separate studies and never was paid. The employee names who recruited me, Tesya Risyana and Mashadi Nyalunga. After the studies were complete, they would not answer any emails when payment was mentioned. The company is a scam a complete dishonest outfit!

I completed a survey with this platform over a year ago and I am yet to receive my compensation after several unreplied emails I finally got a payment form which I filled for over 5 months and I am yet to get paid. I hope this can get sorted out as I actually enjoyed taking survey I get a lot of invites

I never received my payment from 9 months ago of $130. I’ve been emailing back and forth with the last communication on 1/25/23 stating they don’t have the money to pay me. It’s really sad that I participated in a study about me not having money only for them to not pay me either.

Apologies for delay/waiting longer, it is merely cash flow that is volatile and as we have a lot of change internally and delay with the bank transactions due to some certain issues and I acknowledge things have not worked to plan which is why we need to come to an agreement and get this completed so we can either build on the relationship or get this paid and I am trying to get this sorted and get back to you on this.

I participated in a survey for 1 hour and now it's more than 4 months and in spite of regular reminders, still no payment. When contacting their number, we always get directed to voicemail.

Never waste your valuable time for them.

This company is run by scammers! I participated in an almost 2 hour focus group in December and have yet to receive my $200 incentive. Do not work for them and do not trust them. They are scamming people during hard times and taking advantage of it.

On 12/06/22, I participated in an almost 2-hour panel regarding marketing for the automotive industry for $180 USD. I had a lot of fun and it was great interacting with many folks across the globe.

However, attempting to receive payment from PDI is not fun at all. As of today, 02/02/23, I have yet to receive compensation for my time, energy, and input.

Three weeks after submitting my payment request form, I have yet to receive payment **NOR** has the original recruiter followed up on the email inquiring about this, either. Additionally, I have followed up with accounting and have yet to hear back as well. (Personally, I have never had issues with receiving compensation from other marketing companies).

In hindsight, I wished I had read the reviews here as well as on Facebook and Twitter as I would not have participated as it appears that PDI values customer input yet does not compensate panelists as stated in return.

As of 03/05/23, I have yet to receive the agreed-upon compensation. During the interim between the last update and today, the Accounts Manager responded back several times yet was unable to give me an ETA, reassured me of compensation, and mentioned accounts issues as the primary reason. Additionally, this person was the only person to respond despite CC: three people, including the original recruiter.

03/10/23 - I have yet to hear back about compensation from ANYONE. Both participants and companies needing independent research may want to look into signing up with Userlytics and UTest as they both have great customer service, consistent communication on projects, and actually pay participants for time and energy as per agreements.⭐️

Physicians beware of Phoenix Data Innovations/ PDI. I did a Market Research Survey for them and they NEVER paid me as promised. I have made multiple attempts to reach them with no response. I plan to pursue the appropriate legal action with the appropriate regulatory agencies so that this company cannot scam others
