OMG Phoenix Fireworks what a display. I visited the Southern Model Show at Headcorn Aerodrome yesterday (30th August) with my husband, which was a great family day out in itself. At the end of the evening they put on the best show I have ever seen, despite the rain. I sat there with a smile on my face the whole way through. All I can say is London eat your heart out. Thank you very much Phoenix.

I Have seen phoenix fireworks at a couple of shows this year, doing day and night displays! And all I can say is WOW!! Utterly fantastic, the crew work so hard to bring amazing day time displays which then just gets better at night all choreographed to music.

The fireworks were amazing. Perfect ending for the end of our night.

As you can’t give zero stars I’ve had to give one, these guys take your money for a booking and then cancel the booking and then don’t give your money back despite multiple emails.

Disgusting service . Still waiting for a refund for an event in December multiple emails sent with no reply . If I could leave less than one start I would

Worst company ever. Hundreds of email, no reply, waiting a refund from 1 November 2020. Don't recommend. They take the money straight away but when it's something wrong they don't refund.

Please stay clear and never use or recommend this company owned by a local councillor Martin coffin what a joke, hundreds if not thousands of people ripped of at detlin winter wonderland, told to leave a message or email don’t waste your time as they don’t respond or get back to you, visited workshop no one there.
Trading standards should close them down as no refunds given and people and children put in a dangerous situation due to over selling and greedy people, this shouldn’t be allowed especially at the current time

AVOID - it is nothing but a mess

Appalling company. Not refunding any tickets from the Christmas show at Detling. Expect people to wait a whole year after buying tickets for this year, some of which paid extra for the protection of the event getting cancelled only to find in the small print that you have to pretty much due before the riding would be issued. Waste of time booking anything through this company.

Absolutely terrible event at Detling Showgrounds , 4 hours to get in and then let in by road assistance people to sit on a field , no drive thru santa , no pods , just hundreds if not thousands of cars parked in a field.

Not covid safe as advertised as people walking all over the place with no masks. Had to leave as soon as it was confirmed that none of the stuff advised for the kids was going to be accessible and had been closed . You should feel ashamed and i really hope you will be issuing refunds for all those who request them
