We have been trying to get a service tech to our RV Resort for 2 weeks now to troublshoot a router in our clubhouse. We also wanted to add services but apparently they do not want our business. We have called several times, only to be put on hold and sent to a voicemail. I have emailed both the service and the sales department as well with no call back. I am currently looking for another provider and will discourage any of our residents or guests from getting their internet service in the future.

Since early December, our internet has been cutting in and out nonstop. When I contacted support, they said there were issues in the Fort McDowell area and that it would take about a week to fix “the radio,” whatever part that is. Well, it’s now 1/12/2026 and the service is still dropping constantly. They told me I’d be credited for a month, but we’ll see if that actually happens. At this point, I can’t recommend this service.
