Superb service no hitches easy to do very quick.well done

I purchased a screen protector, iPhone 13 case and wireless magnetic charging station, all of which are top quality products. I received excellent customer service from Jon at Phone bar. He was quick responding to emails regarding my order, and when an item I originally ordered wasn’t available he promptly communicated this to me and suggested an alternative product. As a good will gesture he also provided a discount code. Delivery was super quick too. Will be purchasing all future phone products from this website 👍👍

I had never used this company before but,without hesitation, I would recommend them.Barring one minor issue due to my off mainland location,the service was excellent and I received my item in less than 24 hours.

Extremely quick service! When my phone was received by phone bar, it was fixed within the space of 1-2 hours and sent back off and received the next day. My phone need extra work doing on it, however phonebar offered the extra work half price. Hopefully I won't need to, but I would definitely use phone bar again if needed.

Good product, does what it says on the box and very prompt delivery, what’s not to like.

My item isn't fixed yet but I have every confidence that it will be... It actually turned out to be a bigger problem than normal but the manager has kept me updated with regular e-mails and calls along with expected completion dates... The way they communicate just fills you with confidence, that and the fact that they've always gone above and beyond when I've used them in the past... I propper small business that puts the customer 1st :)

I was able to buy the product that I was looking for at an excellent price. It was despatched the same day and delivered two days later via Royal Mail (standard delivery), arriving in good condition. Really lovely service, the lady was very helpful on the phone and in store and the price was only £50 for a lcd screen and the glass screen! Was genuinely shocked, will use again!
